[00:00:01] Speaker 1: Are you looking to add subtitles to your 2026 Premiere Pro project but have no idea where to start? Well, you're in luck because today I'm going to show you how to add subtitles to your Premiere Pro project using HappyScribe in just a few simple steps. First, I'm going to need you to head over to the HappyScribe website. Now, once you're there, I'm going to need you to upload the file that you want your subtitles for directly from your device or just paste the link. Then HappyScribe is going to ask you to sign in and you can either use some of the free minutes that we offer you or use one of the flexible plans that should be on screen right now. Next, you're going to have to select the source language your video is in and then choose the language that you would like your subtitles in. Once you've made your selection, let HappyScribe process the file and in just a matter of moments it's all done for you. When it's ready, open the editor and from here everything is customizable. You can change the font, the color, positioning, adjust the timing, edit the text, everything until you're completely happy with it. Now, once you're done, export the file in an SRT format which is fully compatible with Premiere Pro. Now it's been fully exported, let's jump into Adobe Premiere Pro. Now, I'm going to need you to open your project, then go to file, import and select the SRT file you just exported from HappyScribe. Now, once it's imported into your project panel, just drag the SRT file onto your timeline and place it above your video sequence. Now, if you didn't customize your caption to HappyScribe, you can do this directly in Premiere Pro. All you're going to have to do is open the text panel by going to window, then text to view or edit the caption text. Now, if you want to animate them or turn them into a graphic element, all you need to do is select the captions in the timeline, go to graphics and titles and choose the upgrade captions to graphic and if you need your subtitles in multiple languages, you can do this directly within HappyScribe before exporting your SRT file and that's it. That's how you create subtitles in your 2026 Premiere Pro project in just a few simple steps.
