[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Hi, I'm Mario. Ever felt like you're drowning in text, trying to dig out the actual key points? Notion is amazing for taking notes, but honestly, it can't handle audio or video on its own. So today, I'm going to show you how I ultimately sync Google Meet, Meeting Notes, and Action Items straight into Notion. And to do that, I'm using a tool that honestly changed the way I run Meetings. Let's get started. First, let's say you are in a Google Meet, then you can find the Meeting link and copy it. After that, you can head to the Nota dashboard and click the Record Online Meeting button and choose the language you want. I'm using English here. Then you can place the Meeting link you just copied. Now you can even enable bilingual transcription if you want. Once that's set, click Transcribe Now, and then you can switch back to Google Meet. In just a second, you'll see the Nota board requesting to join the meeting, and all you need to do is just approve it. After the meeting, Nota automatically generates the full transcript, AI summary, and a clear list of action items. So once your transcript is ready, open the meeting record in Nota. In the top right corner, you can see a Send To button. Click it, choose Notes and Docs, and then select Notion. From there, just pick the Notion dashboard or page you want to send it to. Choose what you like to include, like the AI notes, the full transcript with timestamps as well. Hit Send, and within a second, your meeting notes will show up in Notion, fully organized, and ready to edit or share. All right, this is exactly how I run my meetings. With Nota and Notion working together, I don't worry about missing ideas, decisions, or follow-ups. So no more manual notes, just give Nota a try. I'm Mario, see you next time.
