[00:00:00] Speaker 1: And we are live. Hey, Jackie, welcome, everyone. Getting things started. Welcome to another Office Hours session here in the community. Welcome, Max. As usual, just going to give a couple minutes for members to join. While that, I'm going to share in the chat where you're joining from and something you want to build today together with us. Hey, Edwin, welcome, everyone. Just going to give a couple of minutes or so. And more members should join throughout the session. Johan, Andrea, Tim, Ryan, welcome. Feel free to share in the chat where you're joining from. If you have set up any skills, what kind of skills you want to build together with us today. Welcome, Conrad. Glad to see you all here. Jackie Conrad from Atlanta. I've been there in 20, oh, I believe it was 18. Yeah, it's been a long time. Eight years already. I'm going to give another two minutes and we'll get things started. Looking forward to building some sales skills with everyone here. I know in the chat, I already have skills enabled. Hey, Joseph, Ashwin, Thomas, who else is joining, Dylan. Welcome, everyone. Glad to have you all here for the session. Going to start in a minute. Ryan joining from Tampa, Florida. I'm planning to go to Florida, not Tampa, but Orlando. Possibly at the end of the year or next year. What's up, Thomas? Alfredo, if I'm pronouncing it correctly. Yeah, with that, we can get things started. And more members will join throughout the session. And we're going to build along. So welcome, everyone, to another office hour session here in the community. This is a session where we build things together. It's not a webinar. I'm here to build together with you. I'm going to show you all about AI skills, skills for sales. We're going to build one together. If you have any specific use case, we feature already dropped in the chat. We can build it together during the session. And you can also use the question mark icon here for Q&A. I'm going to get all questions later or throughout while I build it. But feel free to keep dropping questions there. I'll try to take possibly all of them by the end of the session. And with that, possibly everyone here works in sales or interested to build in skills that automate your work. So you know that all calls that you produce, you collect mentally. Possibly you're taking notes live and notes possibly. But with Fireflies, you can automate everything. So you can stay focused in the call and let Firefly handle all the rest. With everything that happened in the meeting, Fireflies know the qualification picture, the budget, the authority, the timeline, what was set in the call. If you're a sales manager, you can take out the coaching moments, what worked, with understanding the top percentage, how much the person engaged, the sentiments. And you can also automate the follow-up, the recap, the owners, what are the next steps, and all that with AI sales skills. And the same works for all kind of meetings as well that everyone is having. So as I mentioned, this is not a demo only. I will demo how it works. But get your Fireflies app open. Open your dashboard. And let's do each step together. And whenever it gets stuck, use the chat or the Q&A to ask whatever you wish. And keep dropping your use cases, the CRM you use, and everything you wish you have done and ready after every call in a minute. So let's start with the most used AI skill at Fireflies. So the sales call will help you never write a recap again. So let me open my dashboard here. So let me share this tab now. So if you haven't as well, I'm using here the dark mode. If you wish, you can go here in your profile and choose between light or dark or just the system. But you can find AI skills here, the left sidebar. And you can pick your use case. And you can see here, as I mentioned, the sales call is the one most used with almost 400 customers using it. Or you can simply browse whatever you wish and need here as well. Let's start with the sales call. So let's go here and edit. I will go through the settings. But for everyone to see here, let's edit. I will pick some meetings. So let me pick one here and preview the notes. So while you build or enable AI skill, you can always preview before setting live. So we don't need to actually wait for the meeting to happen. You can already see here what will be the outputs. So here we have the objections, concerns, the business needs. How many seats and stakeholders were discussed, what's missing, and the next steps. And all this with this prompt here. And you can always edit this prompt and adapt to your own needs. You can choose to run per meeting. The sales calls, I'll suggest per meeting. In Catalina you say you are one enable. Check your AI credits if you have enough or just stay in the testing mode while I'm showcasing here. You can preview and check. You can still create but don't enable if you don't have AI skills, AI credits already. So click on edit. You will be able to see the preview. So you can pick the schedule. And I will say later suggest which ones you can choose for weekly or monthly. You can choose the outputs, just text, chart. And we also have slides now. So if you want to present that to someone, you can pick slides. And you automate all the summary right after the meeting. You can choose who can see it. Only you, your workspace teammates. Or even better, you can pick user groups. So if you have built groups like sales managers, you can simply search here or share with the whole sales team here. So you can automate everything. And only people in this group will be able to see the outputs from the meeting. And yet the best thing, you can automate all that. So if you use a specific CRM like HubSpot or you document everything in Notion or Google Drive, Google Docs, you can enable here. I will pick Slack so I can showcase that. Demo. And I'll say sales call summary from the last meeting. Let's save it. And if you want to go in an advanced mode, you can pick which model you want to use. And different models use different AI credits. And who can see it? After you did everything, you change instructions, you check the preview, you can enable that custom setup only for you. Again, for all your workspace. So everyone will be able to see it, not edit. They will be able to use the same skill you built. Or you can choose user groups again, enable just for sales. Yeah, I'll show. Thanks, Carolina. I'll show where you can check. And here you can also change the name. So let me just add mini demo here. I'm going to create the skill. And then you see here, added here, in my active skills, I have the sales call here. I can always edit again. I can pick another meeting. I can preview. And you can keep picking another meeting as well for you to test before. You can disable, you can remove, and you have the whole feed here. So whenever a meeting happens and AI skill runs, it will show here either on your skills or those that are available, just like a show that is available to the output to everyone. You will be able to also see here. And to check your AI credits, go to settings, AI credits. Then you can see how many you have left. And you can also see where it's being used, like here, AI skills, and also the breakdown, which skills are consuming the most credits, which teammates are also consuming the most. Let me know in the chat if you were able to view or enable the sales calls. And Johan said, what if we have a Slack channel for each opportunity? Can Fireflies map to the right channel? Yes. It was the very next thing I was going to show Johan, so great question. After you create your skill, integrate it with any tool, you can go to integrations. You can see here connected. See Slack listed. I'm going to add it. You see here AI skills. So you can see that is enabled. You can add it here. The AI skill, the channel, and the message. But you can also set up a custom configuration. You can go here, choose the channel. So I can pick another one. Let's say this one. So let's meeting with Acme. Let's say sales call summary from. That's meeting with Acme. You can customize the notes. You can create a sample. Let's go back here. And you're going to see the additional options. So you can go here and you can say for only the meeting participants from the Acme.com. So meaning this will only fire and send to that channel the meetings from that customer. And this is how you tailor. So you save. Create that filter. Let's continue. Again, customize what goes. I'm saving. And you can keep building more configurations here. You can add as many as you wish or need for that. Let's see any other questions. So you all were able to see that it's pretty easy to set up and create a custom one. But let's see also more examples if it's actually useful, if it can automate your work. So I believe for everyone that works in sales, you use also the band. So qualifying, you get the budget, the authority, everything ready, filled from the conversation. So, again, let's go back in our AI skills here. You can see that sales again are in all skills. You can see band here, but you can also search. You can enable as it is or, again, edit. Let's pick a meeting here. And preview the notes. Oh, but I have a specific band framework. So we can just go in the instructions and adapt to our use case. There you go. Budget, authority, the need, and timeline, all with timestamps. And, again, if you have integration with any CRM, you can send that also directly to that deal, to that company, so everything stays automated and aligned right after the meeting. I don't know which you plan to use more, either sales file or the band framework, which is something more direct and more readable. But as I mentioned, maybe you are a sales manager or just a manager overall. You can use for coaching your own teammates and team members. So you can create an AI skill or coaching opportunity that understands what the reps said on the call and routes to your own private channel. So let's see how that works. Going back here. In AI skills, let me filter back for sales. And coaching opportunities. So let's edit that as well. Something I forgot to mention, if you enable to a user group or your whole workspace, just click on copy link and share with your teammates. So let's edit this. And let's pick some meetings. This one, this one. Let's see the outputs. So you're a sales coach, and here's everything that we needed. And how that works for managers. The best thing is that you can set up the schedule. So if you're a manager and you review what your team members are doing, you can set up a daily digest of all calls, weekly or monthly. So pick monthly, pick weekly. And the day of the week, let's save it. Again, you can choose slides. You can upload your branding here as well, if you need. And the output will be only you or if you have, again, a group of sales manager or a group with the CEO and any director, you can create that. And add it in here. Or like something that only the HR can see it. Just be sure to run the skills. And then instead of my meetings, you're going to set a custom and apply the filters. So the participants are. So if you run things like demos, you can filter for all the titles that contains demo. Or again, you can just pick your whole sales team here. Be sure to check all workspace meetings and the filters. So it will run on your sales reps, but the output, it is only available to you or any group that you select. And there you go. You can also preview here the slides. Oops, I closed it. Sorry for that. That's okay. Let's do it again.
[00:20:52] Speaker 2: No worries.
[00:20:53] Speaker 1: And click back. I'll pick just a single meeting so it is faster. So, yeah, this is great for managers because you have a whole report and summary either weekly, monthly, and you can review that. You can share any slide. And you can also, this is all based on what is default here. But you can always add here, create just a single slide for each rep. So you can customize instructions as you need. So there you go. And again, you can upload your brand, tone, voice, or any templates. Then review, download, or just share with also the team member on where they can improve. And you can adapt this to any other need as well. If you're HR, HR manager, and also the reps are doing multiple interviews, you can create something like that. Let me know if you have any questions about the schedule, the output type, the visibility, or how to choose which meetings this skill will run for. Drop in the chat. I'll take a look. But let's say that you saw all this and you're still unsure what to do. And you can say, oh, my sales process, I have a unique and specific workflow. And this most likely won't do it for me. I need to say and do what I need precisely. But I don't know how to do that. Like I have something. So if you have a workflow, a framework, you can use FRED. You can describe exactly what you want to track and do and automate, refine with FRED together, get that, and test in a custom skill in a real meeting. So as long as you can describe, you can do it. And let's see how we can do that together. And especially better if you have any framework already, a document, you can keep all that to FRED. So open your dashboard again. Now open FRED. I'll drop here. Make it easier. And you can simply go here in FRED and say, hey, FRED, based on the sales calls from the last week, what is something that the reps are doing that we can use it for the SKU to automate the work and save them. Oops. Save them sometime. Or, again, if you have a framework, just drop here the file and ask, hey, FRED, I want to turn this into an ASQ. And I'll say give me the output for the ASQ or custom ASQ instructions. Let's see what we get here. It might take a minute or two. But, again, if you have any specific use case, share here with me in the chat. We can try it live together. And you can see that if your needs, if your framework, if your workflow, it can be automated with FRED and Fireflies. Let FRED think for a while. It's processing through all the meetings. And if you're also unsure and you want to try anything before building the custom SKU, you can get the instruction and use FRED like that preview. So instead of opening an ASQ, dropping in the instructions, choosing a meeting, and seeing the preview, you can just go to FRED, just get your instructions, drop into FRED, and say, hey, run this in my previous five meetings or run this throughout the sales group meetings from the last week as a show. And then you can see the live previews instead of opening the ASQ and previewing there. And FRED has the same capabilities for creating slides, creating all the images, if you need to get that and showcase in a report as well. And I don't know if I missed any question, but feel free to keep dropping in the Q&A. And again, it depends on how much it takes and how many meetings you will go through. And just ask it to search through the meetings from the last day or the last five meetings. Great question, Jackie. If FRED use the same amount of AI credits as AI SKUs? Nope. So AI SKUs, you saw that depending on the model, GPT model that you choose, it consumes one up to five credits. But FRED is custom and dynamic because it depends, like I mentioned, if you're asking about either five meetings or 61 as you got here. So it will be modular based on your needs. Also, I prepared something here while FRED thinks. If you want to use better, ask FRED and save some AI credits. We created the Ask FRED Prompt Playbook. It is in the resource library. So using that, you can be more specific and save up some credits. And also, I'll get our previous session about AI SKUs in general. So on how you can build your best one. And then based on what other apps are doing manually over and over, the two quotes. So let's test this prompt here. I'm going to get the prompt that FRED created. We're going to go back in the AI SKUs. And you can see here, create a SKU. And you can create a custom one. So drop it here, the FRED prompt. And let's see it live if it is working. Oh, I need more than one meeting. So let me get this. Let's preview the notes now. Then you check the preview. You can go back to FRED and say, hey, this is not doing great. Adapt this. Remove this. Add more. And then you build your custom one tailored to your specific needs and use case. Let's see what FRED came up here. I actually didn't check. So the internal deal brief. The key context with the decision make. The pain points and use case. The objections and concerns raised. Competitors mentioned. Budget details. The timeline. The deal stage. The next steps for each. Some risks. And a follow-up email draft for each. So it kind of combined the ones that we just tested for the sales call and the bent. But you see here that it was tailored to our team. And if it is even creating a follow-up. Let me click create next. You can automatically create emails for that and send to them. Making it as seamless as possible. Let me know in the chat if you try it, FRED. Again, if you have any specific use case, I can run it live and we can build it together. And if you have any questions about the filters, settings, let me know. I can go back to that as well. Again, you can keep going back to FRED and improving that. You can see there's even suggested here. And you can see how much credits use it. So as I said, if you want to try another one, let me know. Medic, decision maker, injections, the follow-up email we just saw. Any skill or any task and workflow we have after a call, we can build it. Let me know in the chat. And as I said, so what consumes credits are the AISQ runs. For each time you have a call and you enable an AISQ to run for that call, you have the filters. If it's running for every call that you have, it will consume either one, three, or five credits based on the model that you choose. What's free? It is the whole meeting capture, the nodes, and the integrations that you enable. So if you send just a summary to Slack, to HubSpot, that won't consume, only if you have an AISQ that creates something custom for you and run on that meeting. Something that I was also going to show here is the, if you go to your notebook and you open any meeting, you can see here, all right, there's some suggestions. So Fairfax understands your needs from that meeting and says here, hey, you might want to automate some things like the content calendar, because this was a marketing meeting, how the social engagement is going. So you can create reports based on the part of your review meetings you're having. So you can automate that. And again, choose the output if it's text, spreadsheet, or slides. So Kathleen, this is not a skill. This is the live assist. But great question. I can showcase that. Let me open my Firefly's desktop app. I'll stop sharing here. For those not familiar with the desktop app, I'm showcasing here because it is great for sales. So this is the desktop app. I'll start taking notes for this meeting here. And with that, you have Fred here and the live assist. So during the meeting, you can use the live assist with some default prompts, create a follow-up question, catch up, summarize so far, get me the action items. Or you can just ask Fred during that meeting. And let's say a question. I'm just going to copy the question in the chat. Because you can upload your knowledge base to Fred. And then while you're on the call, instead of you saying, hey, I'm going to check that for you and go back in the follow-up, you can check live and say, hey, actually, I just checked it. And you can see here that AI skills use one, if it's three around the same meeting, that's three credits in total. So this is the live assist. So you upload everything you know about your offer, any documents, or just write about it. Fred can check that live. And while you're in the meeting, so anything like pricing, very specific details, if you have multiple products, you can just ask it. And even better, since it is transcribing, if you miss the question, you can just get from the transcription and just paste that and reply right away. So that's our desktop app and the live assist. It's one of the best features, specifically even for sales calls. Let me share back my screen here. But that's mostly it. And if you have any specific that you want to try here live, let me know. But you saw how sales call, man work, can route that to your CRM, coaching opportunities for a manager, or just create your own custom skill and how AI credits works. And I will also share these credits is one of the most common topics and frequent questions. Let me get the guide here. And you can check all the details while specifically consume credits or not, how to manage, how to buy more credits, and where it lives. But that's it. If no one else has any more questions. I will close it. Or I will just set for everyone to join back next week for another Ops Hour session. And we will be discussing more general post-meeting skills. How to do any day stand-ups, your daily digest, how to get specific to do straight. If you're hosting one-on-ones for managers, and again, build any custom one with Fred. We should check our whole resource library. There's a lot there. On your first week, where Fireflies is heading. If you haven't used Ask Fred with other tools. So you can get Ask Fred to push things to other tools you have integrated. How privacy works at Fireflies or email system. That is great also for sales, because it drafts follow-ups and replies automatically. And our integrations. Be sure to browse the community. Say hello to other members here. Post what you're doing with Fireflies. Ask follow-up questions, discussions. Join our events. Or you can also share any product feedback for things that are missing. Thanks so much, everyone, for joining today. And looking forward to see you in the community and upcoming sessions. Thank you all. Have a great day.
