+1 (831) 222-8398Speaker 1: In the heart of the forest, we can find beaver community services. For many years, the beavers have enjoyed prosperity. They are skilled operators who work for the community with pride. But one day, a financial crisis shakes their world. Sales start declining, resources dry up. The beavers expect change and they grow anxious. Some of the leaders face career choices. Should they stay or should they go? They decide to stay and to transform their organization into a winning culture. But in order to embrace cultural change, they need support. So they hire the FOX as their change consultant. Is it possible to save our organization, they ask. The FOX proposes to create a compelling vision of the future. They agree on one inspiring phrase. Be the best version of yourself for your customers, and your customers will love you back. This is great, said the beavers, but how do we do that? Cultural change has to start within yourselves as leaders, says the FOX. To support them, the FOX invites a coach specialized in culture change. If you become change champions, then you can bring cultural change to your organization. This is called the butterfly effect. The butterfly coaches the beavers through their personal leadership transformation using several principles. The first one being to show up. In order to inspire your followers, you have to practice how to be fully present with them. The second principle is learning to speak up. To get there, the beavers practice how to create psychological safety and to let go of limiting beliefs. It is also important to look up and imagine the kind of organization that they can become. One that provides a sustainable future for the next generations. The beavers also practice on how to collaborate and team up with other stakeholders to face their challenges. The butterfly also helps them to build resilience to face the challenge of cultural change so that they never give up on their dreams and projects. Finally, they establish the Beaver Change Champions Award Program in order to lift each other up. With their new mindset, now the beavers are ready to go through the five main stages of cultural change. Diagnosis, intervention design, leadership network, change and evaluation. With cultural change champions, the beavers are now able to kindle the butterfly effect with congruence. The change mindset spreads through the organization and the business emerges as a vibrant culture and successful enterprise that they are all incredibly proud of.
