[00:00:12] Speaker 2: We had a lot of challenges. Lack of innovation was one of the things. Our customers were not happy, and they started leaving Collaborio.

[00:00:21] Speaker 1: Even more importantly, just the partnership we had with that provider was transactional, not relational. We tried, I think, six or seven different providers, but what made it an easy decision for us to go with Assembly AI was the partnership we felt.

[00:00:49] Speaker 1: We didn't have, surprisingly, in a good way, a period of time where our customers were maybe a little bit unhappy because things were different. In fact, it was the opposite. From day one, our customers were happier and just absolutely blown away by the performance of our new speech-to-text capabilities.

[00:01:07] Speaker 2: Once you find that true partnership, the rest of it will follow, because if you embrace the solutions, then customers are going to be happy, not only in terms of CSAT improvement, our productivity also improved. Our customer complaints went down because the quality of the transcription went up. This also helped us to improve our revenue by 22%.
