[00:00:01] Speaker 1: We have scaled from just, you know, a few thousand pairs a day to thousands of pairs and millions of pairs a year. And one of the most important aspects of Slack is as we've grown, we've become a global company. So we have employees in China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Philippines, India, Canada, the United States. So you talk about a global company, that's what it is. And so when we need to launch anything new, we have multiple departments, cross functions across multiple time zones and multiple contents in multiple languages. And before we really implemented Slack as the default communication style, you can imagine the amount of effort that it took to corral every single one of those people and get things done. Response times were slow. Talk about hours to days, sometimes weeks. Slack's cut that down to minutes, endless email chains, drowning in emails was a constant, was a constant everyday problem without Slack. Another one was siloed communications, not being able to easily collaborate across multiple different team functions before Slack became the default communication tool. And now we can do that at ease and easily incorporate every single team in the park into product launches where without Slack, that was almost not possible at all.
