+1 (831) 222-8398Speaker 1: Welcome to another tutorial. So today we're going to be talking about building sponsor packages. So in order to do that, you have to either select a pre-existing event or you have to create one first. We're going to select a pre-existing event. And in order to get to the screen here, you just click on Events in the left-hand corner or in the left-hand menu. And then you're going to click on the event name that you want to edit with those sponsorship levels. And what you're going to do is we actually have two different types of sponsors. So we have premium sponsors and then we have sponsor levels. Today we're going to be talking about sponsor levels. And so you're going to click there to edit. And now basically what you're creating is you're creating sponsorship packages. So it's like a package that somebody gets whenever they pay for a sponsorship for your event. And so to add a new sponsor level, you're just going to click Add New Level here. And then you can name this really whatever you'd like. I'm just going to name it bronze because I think bronze, silver, and gold are good gauges for different levels of sponsorships. But you can name them whatever you'd like. And then you can select the section. And so if you are, for example, holding your event in a stadium or a specific venue where there's different types of seating, you could create and say, okay, this bronze sponsorship is associated with the standing seating. And then this gold sponsorship is the lounge. You could dedicate certain sections to different types of sponsors. And so here's where you can select that. I'm going to select bronze. But if you don't have the one that you want there, you just click this pin. And then you can add it. So we could add gold or silver. And then now you can see silver is there as well. So that's how you would add it. And then you would give your level description. And so both the name and the description will be visible to the person who's looking at being a sponsor. So bronze. So you would want to, in the description, I just wrote something short, but you would really want to kind of go into detail exactly what it entails of saying, like, the bronze level sponsorship includes, like, X, Y, and Z. And then go into detail as to why these sponsors should purchase this level. Now, you want to include the price. And so how much you're wanting to charge for the sponsorship. I'm going to set this one at $1,000. Now, number of tickets. So are you including, like, how many tickets are you including in the sponsorship package? Make sure to keep, like, the cost of a ticket in mind whenever you're doing this. So, like, for this event, tickets are $2.99. And the price for the sponsorship level is $1,000. So maybe do, like, four tickets for this price. Like, you get tickets at, like, a slightly discounted rate. Or just, like, keep that in mind, though. So, like, you get a number of tickets associated for your sponsorship level. And then now is maximum number of sponsors. So how many people do you want to be able to purchase this sponsorship level? And I'm going to put, like, 10. But you could do whatever you wanted. And then next, you're going to select users. So you're going to say, okay, which users are eligible to purchase these sponsors? You can pick and choose through your attendees. And so you will see your attendee selection here. And then you can pick and choose, like, who you want to allow to be eligible to purchase this sponsorship. I'm going to click all. And then this one is activity. So, like, if this person or this company purchases this sponsor level, which tickets or which activities are they allowed to attend with that sponsorship level? And so you can pick and choose. I'm just going to select all. And so once you are content with what you've put in the fields, you can just select save. And then now whenever people go and they check out, they can choose the sponsorship level and they can purchase it for $1,000. And so you can add as many sponsorship levels as you'd like. And so if you wanted to add more, you would just repeat this process however many times you need to in order to reach your desired amount of sponsorship levels. And then you can also edit by clicking this button right here. So that is how you add sponsorship levels to your event.
