Speaker 1: Welcome all. In today's video, we will see the feature of my team from where you can manage and view all the details of your user on the go. Let's get started. Log in with your credentials. Click on Submit. This will take you to the dashboard of Filson's application where you can view your current location and if you have added any visit for yourself, you can see those visit plots on the map. Now to go for the my team feature, click on menu, click on my team. Here you can view all the users along with their punch in timing, the location which was last updated, the entire visit detail, the count of it. If you want to search for any particular user, click on search, type the name and that user will be searched for you. You can also view the user as per filtration. For that, click on filter. For example, if you want to view only those users who have not done punch in, then click on not punched in. Click on yes. This will display you only those users who have not done the punch in. We will again go in filter. For example, here similarly you can filter the user as per territory wise. Click on any of the territory and click on yes. This will show you only the south territory users. As you can see over here, we will again go on the filter. You can use the both that is the status and the territory and view that users. For example, view on field users that are those users who have done punch in from the south and the west location. For both the location, I want on punched in users. I will select those. Click on yes. This will display me those users from south and west territory. Those who have done the punch in. These are the users. Click on filter. I will remove all the filter by clicking on clear all and click on yes. This will remove all your filters. Now to check in detail of any user, select the user. I will click on Shadab Mukri. Now here the entire detail of this user will be seen. We will start with the information icon on the top right. Click on it. This will display to whom this user is reporting to and how many team members are reporting to this user. You can see the current location of this user and the last updated time. You can see the punch in timing with the location from where the user has done the punch in. You can see how many visits are scheduled for this user for the current date and how many are completed. To check the detail of this visit, click on visit. You can see the entire details of it. Like four visits are there. Two are in a pending status and two are in the completed status. You can also assign visit for this user from here. Just click on plus sign and add the visit for this user. Fill this details and click on yes. The visit will be added for this user. We will go back. Also, you can see how many expenses are added by this user for the current date. On the dashboard, you can see the total amount of the expense that is 400. Now to see the bifurcation of this 400, click on expense. You can find it in the detail over here. Like two expenses are added by this user. On the top, you can see how many are claimed and if it is approved, you can see the approved amount. You can see the disbursed amount and the date range. We will go back. At the bottom, you can see the graphical format, the visits that were done by the user in the entire week. Now in this week, the user has completed two visits. So you are able to see two on the top for Thursday. If he will do the next visit on any of the day, the similar will be updated in the graphical format. Also, you can make a call to this user by clicking on the call icon. You can drop a message to this user by clicking on the message icon. Once you drop a message, the user will be notified about the same. Thank you for watching the video.
