[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Do you want JGPT to directly read your Google Drive files, your meeting transcript, notes, documents, reports, all of it? Let me show you how to connect Google Drive to JGPT in just a few simple steps. This feature does require JGPT Plus subscription because you need access to something called Connect. But don't worry, it's super easy. First of all, we can log in to JGPT and open a new chat. Click the little plus icon in the bottom left, select More, and choose Add Sources. We can find Google Drive and tap Connect, and JGPT will then request your permission to access certain files, and in just a few seconds, once it's done, your Google Drive is officially connected to JGPT. Now, you can have JGPT to analyze any file or folders you want. For example, you can say, summarize the most recent weekly meeting in my Google Drive, and JGPT will read the document and instantly give you the answer. However, most people don't write meeting minutes manually. I personally use Nota to record all my meetings, whether it's Google Meet, Zoom, or any in-person session. Nota converts the entire conversation into text and ultimately sends it to the Google Drive. So when I ask JGPT something like, based on the most recent weekly meeting document in my Google Drive, and what's the next steps, please identify priorities and concrete action items. It can read the Nota-generated document directly, no extra formatting and cleanup required, and then you can get the answer you want. Okay, that's how you connect Google Drive to JGPT. If your meeting notes come from Nota, the process is even easier. Subscribe to our channel. See you next time.
