[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Here's how to create the Viral AI Time Freeze effect using CDANCE 2.0 inside of Eleven Creative, just like this. To use CDANCE 2.0 to create our Viral Time Freeze effect, we're going to be using Image & Video inside of Eleven Creative and you can click the first link in the description down below to get started. Inside of Image & Video, we're going to go ahead and we're going to select Video at the bottom right here. Then we want to go ahead and change the model and we're going to select CDANCE 2.0. If you can't find it, simply search for CDANCE and it should pop up. So we select it and now we want to go and input our prompt. For the example that you saw during the intro, this is the prompt we used. The first section right here describes the overall scene that we're creating. So as you can see at first, we've got cinematic time freeze short film, 15 seconds, ultra realistic, and then we're describing the type of camera, the lens, and the lighting throughout the entire scene. And we're also describing the location of the scene. So we're giving it the overall context to the video that we want to generate. After that, we're going through step by step for each different scene in the multi-sequence generation and describing everything that happens. And so here you can see in the first line, we've got the specific shot that we're going for and the specific actions happening. So we've got chefs that are screaming, pans that are flaming, and then we're basically giving it a specific prompt and description of what is happening from the 0 to 3rd second. After that, we've got a specific prompt that's going from 3 to 6 seconds. And we do this for the rest of the 15 seconds. And so you want to have your overall prompt for the entire clip, and then you want to describe each thing that happens in each shot. And the part that makes the freeze frame effect is actually including this part right here. And the entire world freezes instantly. And to sell it a little bit more, as you can see, we've described the action that our character takes to actually freeze their environment. And if you want to use this prompt, you can find it in the description down below and you can use an LLM like Claude or ChatGPT to actually rewrite it and match it to your scene. And so this is exactly what I've done. And I've just pasted the new prompt in the prompt box. And before we click generate, we're going to go ahead and change the settings. And here I want to generate at a 1080p resolution. And then I want to make sure that I swap this to 15 seconds. Now, obviously, you can generate shorter clips. Just make sure that the timings within your prompts match the duration that you want to generate. And then I also want to toggle the sound on. And here I want to generate two different clips. And I'm going to switch off the prompt enhancements. And before I click generate, I do want to mention that if you have your start and end frames, well, you can go and upload those right here. And if you already have specific characters or scenes, you can go and use those as image references and then tag them in your prompt. So, for example, we could add the at sign and then select the reference that we are tagging. But here I'm not going to do any of that. We're just using this entire prompt and we're going to go ahead and click generate. And as you can see, we've now got a generation. And if I click on it. We've got a really cool generation where she walks through the auctioneer crowd, freezes time and can interact with some of the elements. And it just looks really, really cool. And your creativity here is the limit because you could then apply this to so many different scenes. You can put yourself in these scenes and you can just have a ton of fun. And you can find the structure to the prompt we used down in the description below. And if you have any questions about the viral freeze time effect, drop them in the comments down below. And if you want to see more like this, hit that like button and don't forget to subscribe. Thanks for watching.

Arow Summary
Tutorial on creating a viral AI “time freeze” video effect using the CDANCE 2.0 model inside Eleven Creative’s Image & Video tool. The speaker explains selecting Video mode, choosing CDANCE 2.0, writing a structured prompt with an overall cinematic description plus time-coded 0–3, 3–6, etc. action beats for a 15-second multi-sequence clip, and explicitly adding a line like “the entire world freezes instantly” to trigger the freeze-frame effect. They cover key settings (1080p, 15s duration, sound on, two generations, prompt enhancements off) and optional start/end frames and image references tagged with @. The result is a scene where the character moves through a crowd, freezes time, and interacts with frozen elements; viewers are encouraged to adapt the prompt with an LLM and experiment creatively.

Arow Key Takeaways
  • Use Eleven Creative → Image & Video, select Video, then choose the CDANCE 2.0 model (search if needed).
  • Write prompts with two layers: an overall cinematic scene description plus time-coded beats (e.g., 0–3s, 3–6s) for each shot across the full duration.
  • Include an explicit freeze trigger line (e.g., “the entire world freezes instantly”) and describe how the character causes the freeze to sell the effect.
  • Match prompt timings to the clip length (e.g., 15 seconds) and set generation options like 1080p, sound on, and number of outputs.
  • Optionally upload start/end frames or character/location references and tag them in the prompt with @ for consistency.
  • Use an LLM (Claude/ChatGPT) to rewrite the provided prompt structure to fit your own scene and iterate creatively.
