Speaker 1: What's up everyone? Welcome to our channel. It's Mr. Lara here with you and today we're going to be talking about how to create the most epic learning environment in the classroom. First things first, we got to build some trust with our students. And I'm not talking about regular trust. I'm talking about super trust. We got to learn about their backgrounds, their interests, and what makes them upset. Once we have their trust, we can start building a classroom culture that's all about the students. We're talking about a classroom that's centered around them. We got involved them in the decision making process, give them a chance to contribute and improve the learning environment. We're not done yet. We also need to create relevant and meaningful lessons that cater to the interests and abilities of our students. This ain't your grandpa's classroom. We're making it interactive and engaging. We'll create lessons that'll have our students wanting more. And let's not forget about positive collaboration. We're talking about teamwork people. We'll assign group projects and activities to promote teamwork and cooperation. It's all about supporting each other's efforts and achievements. Recent studies show that positively reinforcing good behavior, building positive relationships with students, and using effective classroom management techniques such as routines and procedures are key to building a positive classroom culture. We got to set clear expectations, establish mutual respect, and talk to our students about appropriate language, behavior, and dress code. When we address disciplinary and behavior issues quickly and fairly, we're setting ourselves up for success. So there you have it folks. Creating the most epic learning environment is all about building trust, involving our students, creating engaging lessons, and promoting positive collaboration.
