+1 (831) 222-8398Speaker 1: In this Lightworks tutorial, I will show you how to create a video clip from a sequence of images I've assumed you have a basic understanding of editing in Lightworks. A link to my beginners tutorial is included in the description below for those that don't Other tutorials can be found in my playlists OK, the first thing I'm going to do is just create a new project And the reason I've started here, because obviously anybody who's worked in Lightworks knows that you have to do this, is just to point out one thing, the frame rate You need to know what frame rate you're going to use. Now if you've created some stop motion then you would have probably worked out the number of images that you were going to use per second. If you're creating a time lapse then the frame rate will have an effect on the speed of your video or the length of your video. So anyway, I'm going to just left click on 50fps, 50 frames per second and then create. OK Now the easiest way to import a sequence of images into Lightworks is actually go into your file browser and then go to the file where your images are stored So I've actually created a sequence of images from a video. I don't have any stop motion or time lapse images, but the principle is still the same. So all I'm going to do is just select all and then drag these into the projects tree OK and go to edit and literally just drag this into the timeline I'm going to quickly just create a proxy clip because it will play back a bit better. OK Now remembering that this was, I think it was about 250 images, I'm now going to play this back and as you can see it's now playing back like a video. So I'm not going to go into rendering or anything like that. Like I said at the beginning, I assume you have a basic understanding of editing in Lightworks. So I'll leave it at that. So that's all there is to it really. Hopefully this helps somebody. Thank you for watching. Cheers.
