Speaker 1: This is Justin with Dictation Store. I'm going to demonstrate the DS7000 recorder and the workflow software that is included with it. The workflow software allows you to integrate Dragon, naturally speaking. The one I'm going to demonstrate is version 12 professional, but it works with anything from professional, legal, or medical version 11 or 12. Alright, so I'm going to do a quick dictation, allow it to download, and I have the software configured to automatically transcribe all dictation into text immediately. The Olympus DS7000 includes a professional workflow software that allows you to dictate your documents and have it transcribed after downloading the dictation to your PC, period. The dictation software integrates with Dragon, naturally speaking, period. The integration allows for your documents to be speech recognized, period. After the dictation has been automatically converted into a text document, you may open the rough draft and edit it for accuracy, period. If you have a transcriptionist, you may also have them edit the draft by listening to the original dictation recording, period. This can be done by incorporating the digital AS7000 transcriber kit, period. Alright, so I'm going to dock the DS7000 into the docking station. It should automatically download here. Alright, so immediately after download, the process or the state is in progress for voice recognition. It should only take about 30 seconds or so to get this transcribed into text, and we'll open it up and see what it looks like. Alright, there we go. I'm going to make this a little bit bigger, easier to read. Alright, so this is the end result after downloading and having it translated into text. As you can see, I can open it up immediately and make any edits as necessary, but if I have a transcriptionist, I wouldn't have to do anything after downloading it. It would immediately go to my transcriptionist for editing. So, if the transcriptionist were to get this, they would be able to use a foot pedal and headset connected to the computer, but if I wanted to listen to it again, I can. This is a similar, or the same actually, screen that they would see. As you can see, it's pretty accurate. It does your punctuation and so on. Any mistakes that I see, I would just erase them or something and type over them, and once I'm finished, I'm able to export this into a Word document or copy and paste this into any templates or document management system that I might use. I hope this has been a pretty good demo for you guys. If you have any questions, please call us or visit www.dictationstore.com. Thanks.
