Speaker 1: Hey, everyone. I'm just going to share something really exciting with you. It's quite a breakthrough. I wanted, I started to search for ways of recording my video content so that I didn't have to transcribe. And the other thing too, because I wanted to upload my video, my Facebook Live to YouTube, but I also wanted to have a description, but a very decent description in there so that it can be ranked or it can be, um, what's the word? Optimised. That's the word. Optimised in YouTube. So this is the concept. So downloading, so doing one video, one Facebook Live, uploading that Facebook Live onto your computer, uploading that video into YouTube so that you're updating your YouTube channel at the same time. But then I wanted words. I wanted a description without having to just physically. And I started going through and started typing out some of that description. So I searched how to transcribe video. Oh, my goodness. I've come up. I've just discovered this amazing tool. I'm going to share screen with you. Let's see. Which one is it? Google Chrome. Here. Share screen. You're going to see this. Now, what I simply did was I opened, um, I opened an account with a company called Sonix, S-O-N-I-X. And it says here, these are the pricing. But I've paid nothing at the moment. So you get a free account. And you get your first 30 minutes free. Because I just wanted to try it and see what would happen. I got an email. And it just said, click on the link and upload the video into Sonix. Which I did. I simply dragged and dropped it. There it is there. That's the video that I did here in the Facebook group just the other day. It must have taken about two minutes to transcribe. There's the video. And here is the transcription here. OK. So you're seeing it the first time as I'm seeing it. It's amazing. And look at that. That's all my words. So it looks like here you can export. So download transcript in another format. Embed transcript on your website. And share in this transcript. How amazing is this? Like, this was an 11-minute video. And here it is. Hey, everyone. Just wanted to check in and talk to you about how to build rapport with customers. So obviously, editing. Build rapport with customers. When I talk about building rapport, rapport with customers, I'm also talking about building rapport with potential prospects that you might have, or leads, or just people that are members of a program. OK. And so I think it's just a matter of just going through and edit. You want them to actually become members of your own training program. And to do that, you have to build that connection. Now, there are actions that you can take and there are tools that you can utilize to build that rapport. I mean, I tried first, before I did that, I actually tried using the microphone on here whilst the video was playing. And it just kept stalling, it kept stopping once there was a spell check process going ahead. So it just really wasn't working for me. But this is quite accurate. I want to talk about the actions that you can take. Most of you are in the process, you're thinking about wanting to build a training program and you want to put that training program online. And a lot of you want to consider some organic ways of promoting your training package. That's pretty good. I mean, there's a couple of changes that I could make there, but how much better is that getting that full transcript? I'm just wondering here what this is.

Speaker 2: How cool is that, so it's going along and it's actually highlighting the words as we go along.

Speaker 1: That is amazing, really, and what does this add new speaker?

Speaker 2: Wow.

Speaker 1: So I think it's just a matter of going through, Mark has completed, so you check it, all right, Mark has completed as you go down.

Speaker 2: And I'm sure that, let's go to another page then. Rewind, fast forward.

Speaker 1: Find and replace, highlight, strike through, add to dictionary, copy text. So what I am going to do with this now, I shouldn't really do that until I've actually checked through, so what I might do is just pause this, go through, just check the grammar and then come back to you. Yeah, so I'll stop share, I'll go through the grammar and then come back and then download it and see what happens. So I'll just pause this now. OK, I'm back and I have proofread that document, I'm just going to share screen again. That's proofread, I went through, it didn't take me too long and I expect it to be a lot longer than that, but it looks like that is up to about nine minutes worth now because I've taken some stuff out of there and I'm going to export. And look at that, you can do that in Word, I think I might just do it in Word for now. And.

Speaker 2: Include speaker names, I don't think we need to do that, remove strike through text, yeah. Download.

Speaker 1: And we'll just see, this is going to be just so powerful, there we go, it's just done it. OK, I'm just going to open that up now. Opening that up and I might have to stop share. Because you're not going to be able to see that and I'm going to go back to share Word document, let's see if we can find Word, there it is. And there you have it. So maybe what I do need to do is make sure next time take out these bits here. We can put our title up here. To build rapport with customers. That's a key word, right? Remember, that was a key word that I was talking about earlier, where it was about 880 people per month were searching for that and there was a low competition. But I think actually I misjudged the competition. I think it was medium, a low to medium competition on that. But it still wasn't huge. And so you can imagine with a video, you could rank possibly on page one of that key word search term. I did a bit of research, I think there was 110 searches in Australia per month. There were 210 in America per month and 110 in the UK per month and the rest will be the rest of the world. But you can imagine if you collectively had 10 of those videos that were ranking, you can imagine the reach that you would get as a result of producing video content every week on a regular basis, even if you did three videos a week. And there we go. So there's my transcribed Word document now. That's actually going to be, I'm going to copy that, paste that into YouTube in the description and I will also be able to, wherever I place this video now, I'll be able to, even in my training package, I'm actually going to put this video in my online training program and I'm going to use that transcribed video now to be able to put the content in there as well. How amazing. Pretty awesome, called Sonics. So I wanted to share that with you and you're just going to save, even if you go to the paid version where it says, let me just have a look, share screen. Let's go back to Chrome. And let's have a look at the plans and pricing. Even if you look at $10 for an hour, you know, if you do, you know, those six, six, 10 minute videos, that's only $10 to get all that transcribed. It's just amazing. Pretty damn awesome.
