+1 (831) 222-8398Speaker 1: Hello folks, hope you are doing great. Welcome to Guru Tech Solutions. Welcome to our groundbreaking video. Discover the key to effortless transcription as we unveil the revolutionary technique of converting any audio into precise text. For researchers seeking to escape the tedious manual transcribing process, this transformative method is the ultimate time-saver. Embrace the power of technology and streamline your research workflow with our game-changing insights. Get ready to transcribe smarter, not harder. Let's dive in. Let's suppose I have this audio that I want to convert into a text, or I can say I want to transcribe it. Let me play it first. So, you can see that this an audio, we would like to convert it into text. So, without further delay let's dive into the process. For this you have to open Google Chrome, then type office.com in search bar and hit the enter. This will lead you to the official page of Office 365. Here you just have to log in with your Gmail account or any other, since I am already signed in, so it didn't show the step here. From here you have to simply choose Word. You will find a Word document in front of you, and you need to choose blank document. So here you go. Now the first step is to click home. From there you need to click here on a mic icon. Here you can see two options. The first is about dictate and second one is all about transcribe. In dictate we will speak and our words will be automatically changed into text. However, in our case we already have audio and want to transcribe, therefore, we will go with the second option that is about transcribe. Here we will get two options. The first is to upload existing audio and the second one is about recording something new. Since we have existing recording therefore, with will go with upload audio. From here we will choose our audio which we intended to convert into text. Here we will get two options. The first is to upload existing audio and the second one is about recording something new. From here we will get two options. The first is to upload existing audio and the second one is about recording something new. Now, it will upload and it might take a few seconds depending on your connectivity. Boom. The audio that will be uploading the document has already been converted into text. You can see the dialogue is between two speakers. With every second of interval the text of each speaker has been mentioned. You can change the speaker's name since I know the names so I will replace them with the original names. And apply to all and it will automatically change the names for all. So, in this way you can change the names of each speaker. Once you are done with this process, you can listen to it completely. At the final stage you can click add to document to bring the entire text in the word file. Here again you have got options as you just want to add text only or with speaker's name. Besides, you can replace the text with timestamps or you can choose both at a time. I will choose text with speakers and boom. The entire audio has been transcribed. The text can be seen on the left side of the screen. Following these simple steps, you can convert any audio into text. I sincerely hope this video has provided you with valuable insights to streamline your research. As researchers, you understand the time-consuming nature of manual transcription.
