Speaker 1: Transcribing content with AI significantly reduces valuable time, which would otherwise be spent on the efforts of manually typing out all the words for hours. Plus, you can use your auto-generated transcript to increase the discoverability on search engines by adding it as subtitles or closed captions to your videos. All in all, a must-have AI tool for every single creator and promoter out there. In this video, we'll be using a simple online editor called Veed, and I'll show you how you can automatically transcribe your audio and video files with AI, how to fully edit your transcripts, how you can automatically translate your transcripts, and how to download your transcripts or subtitles as an SRT, VTT, or text file, which you can, for example, use as closed captions for your YouTube videos. Alright, so let's get straight in. We just started a new project with Veed, and we can instantly get started. From here, you can upload your audio or video file. In this case, I want to upload a video, so I'm going to click on Upload a File, select the video or audio file you want to transcribe, and click on Open. Then, after a moment, you will see that the video is imported into the editor, and we can start transcribing this video. Now, of course, to save a lot of time, we're going to use Veed's AI transcription tool, in which we can automatically generate subtitles or transcripts. So, to make this happen, all you need to do is head over to Subtitles in the left menu, then click on the Auto Subtitle option, then you select the language you speak in your video, in this case, I speak English, and then all you need to do is click on Create Subtitles, and now all we need to do is wait until the AI transcription tool transcribed our video. And there you have it. So, after a moment, the AI tool automatically transcribed our video to text, which turned it into synced subtitles. Even though it's accurate and synced, you can choose to fully edit your subtitles the way you want. You can add new text or subtitle lines, you can merge them or split them, you can extend and shorten the length or even retime the subtitles, plus you can even use the low confidence word detector to make sure that the AI tool picked up those words correctly. Now, before I show you how you can download your subtitles or transcripts, I'll show you how you can easily and automatically translate them. So, to make this happen, all you need to do is head over to Translate, then all you need to do is search for a specific language, well, in this case, we're going to do French, so I'm going to click on it, and then click on Auto Translate, and there you go. So, now, if you play back the video, you will see that the subtitles are in French, and it only took a couple of clicks. Now, a very cool thing, you can instantly download all your translations to your device as an SRT file. However, if we head over to Options, and you selected the right language, you can simply head over to Download, and you can choose to separately download your transcript or subtitles as an SRT, VTT, or text format. In this case, I'm going to choose it as an SRT format because I want to use it for my YouTube video. So, when I click on it, it will be automatically downloaded to my device. Now, if you uploaded this video to your YouTube channel, you can easily grab your SRT file you just downloaded and upload it as closed captions or subtitles to the video on your channel. Now, everyone who watches your video can watch and read your subtitles. Now, of course, if you want to use your transcript for your blog or landing page, or maybe as a description, you can also choose to download your transcript as a text file, which you can also find back and open on your device, so you can use them for similar scenarios. Now, just an honorable mention, but within VT's editor, you can also choose to fully customize the design of your subtitles by adding presets, colors, effects, and even animations, and you can export the video with your subtitles burned into the video, which you can easily upload to your socials. It's incredibly awesome, so if you want to learn how to make this happen, click on this video. So, for now, thank you so much for watching. I hope this video was helpful. For now, have a nice day and good luck.
