[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Have you ever felt the pressure of joining an international meeting and halfway through, you realize everyone's speaking a different language? Yeah, been there. Luckily, Zoom has built-in real-time translation feature that makes multilingual meetings so much easier to follow. Today, I'll show you how to turn it on and how to use Nota to take a meeting to the next level. Okay, let's get started. First, you go log in the Zoom and go to the account settings page right here and then click the settings button on the left. Head to the meeting tab. Then we can scroll down to advanced settings and turn on translated captions. Next, we click edit translation language to set your language pair. And of course, if you don't want anyone to change it, you can lock the settings. Finally, also make sure auto captions is enabled. But if you want to level up your meeting workflow, you can use Nota. So now I'm going to show you step by step. Firstly, we go into the Nota dashboard and click the record online meeting. You can choose your transcription language or even record in two languages at once. Then place your Zoom meeting link right here. We can just wait for a second and approve the Nota board to record the meeting. Right here, we click the approve button and then the Nota board will join the Zoom meeting then. So we can see that Nota will capture your meeting in real time and also we can get the real-time translation of your meeting. Finally, when the meeting ends, it instantly generates a clear summary so you never miss any key decisions or action items. Alright, to learn more, visit Nota and subscribe to our channel for more tips to boost your productivity.
