+1 (831) 222-8398Speaker 1: In this quick tip, we're going to show you how fun it can be to record with OneNote. Now, this sounds a little odd. Why would you record something in a note-taking software? Well, the answer is because taking notes is fun, but I might miss something. So, what I can do is I can go to Insert, I can hit Record Audio, and what we're seeing now is that OneNote is recording the audio. And as I'm talking, I can start to type, and even though I'm doing recording, I'm also indexing the recording with the bullets that I'm adding. So, recording is happening, but also I'm getting indexes for what I'm typing. So, if I stop this, let's say I wanted to hear what I was saying when I recorded a particular piece. So, I can hit the little play, and it automatically takes me to the section of the recording that was happening as I was typing that particular bullet. So, this is a way that I can take notes, and if I think I missed something, I can listen to that section again to allow me to fix my notes. Pretty cool.
