+1 (831) 222-8398Speaker 1: This video illustrates how working with the Verbingo Translation Management System is crucial for maintaining accuracy and consistency in FranklinCovey translation projects. Now we wish to illustrate this with a short view of our translation tool. This is the actual editor that we have our translators work in for translation projects. And you can see very quickly how the English strings display and how here is an editor wherein we take advantage of tools to get the right translation which is entered here and then we press submit. Now upon pressing submit we go to the next sentence and I'm going to do this right now and show you what we get for the next segment which is the big rocks. Now big rocks is a very important term for FranklinCovey and we want to make sure we get it right and we use our tool to ensure that. So this is what happens. I click submit next and the tool automatically flags the term big rocks as grosso share and this is Canadian French as indicated by this flag over here. And now our translator has a very good idea of how this term is supposed to be translated. Now if that's not enough we also provide this box here which allows translators to perform a concordance search that displays all of the results in the translation memory, the entire translation corpus of FranklinCovey. And we can see easily here how the term big rocks is used and then we know exactly how and why those words are used for translation. And then our translator can easily select from those terms and provide the translation here in the box. Now this is important because obviously it helps us to maintain consistency and accuracy. But these terms, these lists and the translation memory are all managed by a back end tool that we will be glad to train all team members on at FranklinCovey so that we can all have access to these tools to be able to maintain consistency. Again this what we see here is the translation editor. It's an editor that we provide free of charge to our translators. And if we get FranklinCovey translators using this editor we will then have everybody combined in the same system. And of course this system loves InDesign files. It spits them in and out very simply and easily. So allow us to show you more and we are confident this is the right tool for your translation needs. Thank you.
