Speaker 1: My name is John Bloom, I'm a network manager with the Green Bay Area Public School District. We are a school district in the state of Wisconsin. We serve roughly 18,000 students and about 4,000 staff members. The greatest challenge our district is facing is I think what a lot of school districts are facing. We have obviously a lot of staff and students that need to be connected in a safe, secure, and reliable internet connection. All of our switching is Xtreme, all of our Wi-Fi is Xtreme, and then we use Xtreme NAC. We can control what devices connect to our network and how they connect to our network and what they have access to, and then in addition to that we are Xtreme Fabric throughout the entire network now, which gives us the ability to segment all of our traffic so that the HVAC controllers are not going to be on the same network that our servers are on, they're not going to be on the same network that our staff and our students are on. So we're working towards using the Xtreme products that we have to enhance the security of our network. And then we are also looking for ways that we can provide an internet connection for families that don't have the internet connection at home because we have a significant number of students who take their Chromebooks home every day but they don't have an internet connection when they get home. So we're looking at ways that we can provide them with an internet connection, of course something that would be secure as well. Working with the Xtreme team has just been so easy. The best part I think of working with Xtreme is GTAC. They are just phenomenal to work with. They are, I would say, by far the best technical support team of any company I've ever worked with. They are really good to work with and they're going to solve your issues if you have any. The entire Xtreme experience is just great. You have your salesperson, you have your partners, and they're all working together and they just want to make sure that everything you have is working for you.
