Speaker 1: Hello, everybody. Happy Monday. Kevin here. Today I want to show you a little bit about distance learning and mobile learning. So there's a product called Articulate Rise 360, which is a great tool for converting a lot of your courses into e-learning that people can take on demand on any device. So what you're looking at here is my website, and let's go to 360 Rise under Design. And I have a course here I wanted to show you. First we are going to take a look at the standard desktop look. So let's click on this link, and it'll take us out. Now this is the standard Rise course as it would look on a desktop. So you can see you've got the full width and the full view. If I click Start Course, you will see that it will adjust, and you'll see on the left-hand side that our full menu comes into play. And you can see on the right side we have our course in Lessons, and you come down to the bottom, scroll through our content, and go on to the next lesson. And as you can see over here, it checks off that you've completed the first one. So this is how the course would look on any desktop or laptop. But now let's go take a look and see one of the magic things about Rise is how it will show up, if I wanted to take this, on my cell phone. Let's take a look. Okay, so now we are looking at my cell phone, and this is my website. And let's go ahead into the menu, and let's go to Rise 360, and the interesting thing you'll notice is that Articulate Rise really does a lot of the same things that my site here does as well, my resume site. It works in much the same way. So let's go ahead and click on that same link we just looked at, and now it instantly goes to the website and reformats it to cascade into something that's perfect for the cell phone. Now I can just scroll down, and this is the home page of the course. You can see all the lessons, the summary, the evaluation, and if we come back up and click Start Course, what you'll see happen is that it will start to load the content, and you can scroll through the content just exactly as you would on the desktop course. So all the content gets reformatted very nicely, and if you just click over here, just if you remember this from my website, this little three-tiered kind of a cake if you will, there's your menu. So just like my website menu had that little pop-up on the side, this is the exact same thing here too, and this is going to tell me that I must complete this in order. So if I scroll down to the bottom, take the video, go through everything here, go through the content, and then I go on to the next one, you'll see that it has checked me off as well for having completed that. So every single thing that I can perform on the desktop, RISE 360 lets me perform right on the cell phone. So anyways, I think that's really cool, guys. I really appreciate you for joining me. Happy Monday today. Hope you have a fantastic week. Keep it going out there. We're going to get there. We're going to get through all this stuff, so I really appreciate you watching, and we'll see you next time, guys. Bye-bye.
