Hi there and welcome to a brief walkthrough of the Genially app. So Genially is a pretty nifty content creation app. I actually have the free version. You can upgrade to premium if you have the funds to do so and have the need to do so. Let's see what they have by the way. Let's go ahead and explore that together if you click on premium. So I've got free, unlimited creations, unlimited views, free templates and resources. For what I do, it's basically plenty, more than plenty. Let's see, student it's 125 euros a month, educational 499 euros a month, and master I guess if you needed a educational enterprise level or corporate enterprise level, you could go with something like that which allows you to brand, personalize, monitor. I could see this being very beneficial for corporate needs. Again, like I said, I have the basic membership. It literally took me three minutes to sign up and that includes signing up, going through some really short brief questions that you have the option to skip if you don't want to share any personal information and confirm with my email address. I basically clicked on training materials, gamification, and kind of explored what I needed to have. Go to my creations here because I just actually created a really cool little game called the end of life specialist trivia game. It took me less than 15 minutes to create. Now I had, let's see, I actually had a spreadsheet of trivia type questions that I knew that I wanted to present in a very short format and something to keep it fun and interactive. Let's see, so here is my game. It will take you through the different panels. You have the ability to customize your avatar when you set it up. You walk through each of the different panels here. It's basically, I typed in my question, I typed in my answer, so it will tell you which are the wrong answers, which are the right answers, so it guides you perfectly well through what area to put your content in. It was really super simple. You can see I filled in each one of the slides here. Again, you can choose your payer here to put in your template. Let's go to share. I've completed it. Again, it literally took me 15 minutes. I guess if you wanted to create questions from scratch, I knew what my questions were, but if you wanted to create the questions, you could allow for that time as well. Let's see. You can see the premium is some content there for premium that basically is, it gives you a private page. It allows you to share to certain social media platforms. It allows you to password protect your content. Otherwise, your information is social. I'm going to copy that and let's open it in a new tab and see if we can play our game. Okay. You can see this is everything I customized. Again, it was super easy. I'm going to go ahead and start. Who is the English pioneer of the hospice movement? I know that that's Dame Cicely, but let's see what happens when we click a wrong answer. Oh no. Okay. Try again. Okay. What happens when we click a right answer? Awesome. We'll just complete clicking through each of the different answers. Go through. It's pretty fun. It's pretty easy to fix, set up, go through everything, personalize how I needed it, share. Let's see what happens as we get to the last question. Allows us to see results. Here I see this is maybe a portion that I did not personalize here. That's an option for next time. Then we're done. Let's go click on here. Choose your player. Allows you to select your avatar here and you're done. We'll share link here. It looks like I can send by email, send on social media. I'll probably share that on Facebook with a couple of groups that I work with and also on Microsoft Teams and Google Classroom. That's pretty neat. Of course, you can always put on the link.
