[00:00:02] Speaker 1: Every deal moves fast. Firefly's deal intelligence keeps you ahead of all of them, your pipeline at a glance, with risks flagged so nothing slips through. Here's how it works. Start from the Analytics tab, go to Sales, and you'll see the option to connect HubSpot or Salesforce, your CRM. This is where Firefly's pulls in your CRM data and connects it to your meetings to generate insights. I'll start with Salesforce. Setup works the same way for HubSpot, just connect your account. Once connected, you'll have a full suite of CRM data linked from Salesforce to Firefly's with insights generated automatically. You'll see your deal list with stage, probability, and budget, or switch to Kanban view to see the same list laid out by Pipeline stage. Open a meeting and you'll see the CRM data tied to it, close probability, company domain, and more, right alongside your notes. You'll also have access to tasks. Click one open and you'll see the description of what needs to get done, along with the insights behind it. Beyond the deals and action items already surfaced here, you can go to Ask Fred and run a query on anything happening across your pipeline. For example, give me the action items from medium challenge deals in the next seven days. Ask that and you'll get the activity across all matching deals, even ones owned by your teammates. You can go further. Ask Ask Fred to prioritize the action items you need to handle today or this week across your different deals, and it'll return a prioritized task list. From there, you can mark tasks as complete or ask Ask Fred to draft next steps. It connects to Gmail, Slack, Notion, and HubSpot. Say a task is to book a follow-up meeting. Ask Fred drafts a tracked follow-up email to your customer, already tailored using the CRM data Firefly's extracted. That's deal intelligence, your entire pipeline at a glance with next steps automated. Available on business and enterprise plans, admins only.
