+1 (831) 222-8398[00:00:00] Speaker 1: All right, so the first thing I want to talk about is our firm-level agent. So we have our case assistant, which allows a firm to ask questions and get information back about their case. Now the firm-level agent takes it a step further and goes across all of their cases, all of their billing, all of their messaging, all of their productivity and time entries. So we'll take a look at that first. Awesome. So when a firm goes into the firm-level agent, they're going to see here that it's focused on the entire firm. And they can ask questions about a specific client who might have multiple cases. They can still ask questions about a single case. But really, the power is in the entire firm index of the data. So when they come in here, they can do something like summarize the billing activity for this month. And that's going to look at all of their time entries. It's going to look at all of their expenses and all of their invoices across the entire firm for that month. And it'll give them a really fun visualization and a breakdown around what's collected, what's billed, what's still left outstanding. And then they can also get some more details here around time entries and productivity reports and things like that. So that's always a fun thing to do. It gives the firm a lot better insight on how they're doing, on their productivity, their profitability, and their collection.
