Speaker 1: Everybody's hearing about technology, they're hearing about machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and quantum computing. What does that mean for you? That scares a lot of organizations. The question then is, what's my plan going to be in order to leverage technology to grow my business? Digital Transformation Leading Organizational Change is a program designed to help managers understand how they can leverage technology in order to create new business models, new products, new sources of profit for their organization.

Speaker 2: So you can't really just talk about digital transformation without a fundamental understanding of what technology can, and most importantly, cannot do. This way, you can know what technology can be applied to actually solve business problems that you have in your organization.

Speaker 1: What's unique about our program is that we combine both an understanding of technology with how you would take that technology and lead the change through the organization. Use the technology to inform your strategy, to inform your leadership style, to inform your products. Our program is divided into daily themes. We have a day where we try to understand, how do we leverage AI and new technologies? We have a day on data analytics because the core of technology is data. We have to then take those two things and ask ourselves, how does that create new business opportunities? Then we have to say, what are the steps in order to be able to implement it? And then finally, and more generally, how do we lead organizational change like this?

Speaker 2: We want you to bring your own challenge or opportunity to the program. We want you working on your own project and your own digital transformation in your organization. The imperative for digitizing your business is not because it's a nice to have. It's where the world is going. We are aiming to address one of the biggest opportunities and greatest challenge that organizations face.
