+1 (831) 222-8398[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Typically, when I review a case, I do use AI fields. So before I do anything, I'll typically do a 15-day or a 30-day case summary, and it gives me an update on the latest activity, a synopsis, just a reminder of what happened on the case, any red flags that it's identified. And then as the option to do a follow-up question or prompt, I will typically do, what's the recommended next step? And the nice thing about that is it generates, again, based off of red flags or any trends or issues that it's identified, recommendations on what you should do, and it links to where it's getting that information. So I can verify that what it's referencing is, in fact, what's going on on the case. That saves me a lot of time. I use that as my starting point, and then I can go into the file and make sure that everything that I just read is accurate in follow-up on anything it recommended, and then I can add my own to that as well.
