+1 (831) 222-8398[00:00:03] Speaker 1: Firefly's Email Assistant labels your emails, drafts replies, and suggests follow-ups for people who never wrote back. Setup takes about two minutes, and it starts working in the background when you're done. One thing before we start, Firefly's never sends anything on your behalf. Every draft is saved for you to review, and you decide whether to send it, edit it, or discard it. Let's get started. Open Settings and click Email Assistant. Connect your Gmail or Outlook inbox and grant the permissions. Now toggle on auto-draft, email sorting, and follow-ups. After connecting, you'll land back on the main dashboard. Click Customize. Choose which emails get drafts—just your important emails, all of them, or the ones that look like they need a reply. Next, pick how long Firefly's waits before it drafts a follow-up—a day, two days, or longer—whatever matches the way you actually work. Here's the fun part—add your writing instructions. This is what makes the drafts sound like you. The more you give it, the less editing you'll do later. Email sorting lives here. Every new email gets a label like Needs Action or Read Only, so you can prioritize at a glance. Click Save Changes and open your inbox. New emails are already being labeled, and your first drafts are waiting. Open one, edit it, and send it when you're ready. Head back to Firefly's and open your daily brief. Now it pulls information from both your meetings and your inbox. The icon shows you which action items came from your email. Ask Fred works across both, too. Ask it about emails and meetings, or ask it to draft a reply and drop it in your inbox for you. You're all set. Staying on top of your inbox just got a whole lot easier.
