[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Hi, I'm Simon Roger. I work in product marketing at HappyScribe, and my main focus is making sure that customers are aware of the features we offer, and as we launch new features and functionality, I make sure that they use them to the best of their ability. In my position, as the product team and the engineering team develop the product and make sure that everything is in line with what customers need and want, I make sure that we can communicate that effectively and so that customers are aware that whatever challenges they face, whatever workflows they're engaged in, we have features and functionality that can help them achieve those. I use HappyScribe myself as a team, as a member of the team, and the way in which HappyScribe is helping me significantly in more recent months is in my productivity to-do list. The way I start my day is by using the HappyScribe mobile app. On my commute into work, I record myself on the mobile app, where I list the three most important tasks to achieve that day, and I really try to confine myself to those three tasks because inevitably, there's a long list of things to accomplish. This keeps me focused and also makes sure that if a task, any one task, takes a full day, that I'm not overwhelmed. So by the time I get to the office, the recording I made on the mobile app is transcribed. It is loaded into my HappyScribe account, and from there, the beauty is that my HappyScribe account is connected to Claude via the HappyScribe and Claude connector. From there, I have a task that runs in Claude, and the Claude task captures that recording, that transcript I made in the morning, and puts them into my calendar for the day. What it also does is that it looks for those three topics in any meetings I attended recently, to make sure that no context, insight, or information is lost along the way. It helps me retrieve any conversation, meeting, interaction I've had that's been recorded, and pull out the insights, the action items, the information that is relevant to the next thing I'm going to work on. It's beautiful because I don't need to attend every meeting. I don't need to be in two places at the same time. I just need to query Claude, ask it to query the HappyScribe database, and from there, it pulls out all the relevant information that I need to get the job done. Now, I understand some of this might sound complex, but trust me, it's actually really straightforward. If you use Claude or another AI assistant, all you need to do is go into the connectors, search for HappyScribe, click on connect, and literally within a minute or two, you're connected. It's easy to set up. It finds all the relevant information that I need, and it actually helps me in my day-to-day work. So it's the beauty of working for a company and a product of which I use in my day-to-day and helps me accomplish my work every day.
