My name is Ken Miller and I am the president of USISS Agency LLC, which is a private investigation and security consulting company located in Huntersville, North Carolina. A lot of what we do are outside investigations, but commonly what we use REV for are HR related investigations where we need an accurate representation of our conversation or interviews with individuals surrounding an allegation of misconduct. When we had a person, an actual human being doing it for us, it was very expensive and we knew it wasn't efficient and we still had to go through, our investigators had to go through and make a significant amount of corrections to those transcripts. So we knew we needed another path. We did find an AI program out there, but we found a lot of errors in that AI software that was serving us through that particular product. So then I instructed one of our team members to do additional research and she came up with REV.com and we found that the turnaround time was excellent. The accuracy was spot on. It saves our clients thousands of dollars in terms of doing transcripts, especially when you have 12, 14, 18, 20 interviews that you're transcribing. Some of them are very lengthy in an HR investigation. I mean, it takes us minutes, not hours or days to go through a transcript and we find that we can get on the business of producing our report and drawing out the relevant passages in the transcripts that are important for driving our points home in our reports. With REV, we find that we can set a fixed price on our transcripts and it's very efficient for our clients. It's easy to set up in billing. It just saves them, truly, it can save them hundreds or even thousands of dollars on a given investigation. And quite frankly, that was very important for one particular county client that we have who is very cost-conscious about the cost of outside investigations. So we now have a contract with a county to conduct investigations and we're able to do them far more inexpensively than we ever have been. And the other thing is, we have a template that we use for all of our transcripts and REV has worked with us to incorporate that template. What we get back is formatted, it's exactly what we need. And so the flexibility that REV offered us with respect to our formatting was very, very helpful.
