[00:00:00] Speaker 1: When we first started Smokeball, with the three people that we have, we were able to grow by about 35% based on those three staff members. So we were able to be more efficient and add more cases for the staff that we had. Of course, since then, you fast forward to now, we're 200 plus percent more growth than what we were back then. And of course, we've added more staff members to accommodate that. But we couldn't do that without Smokeball, I don't believe, because again, you go back to the consistency. Now that we have our processes and Smokeball set up the way we want it, we are able to add staff very easily and then at the same time, train them very quickly and they can hit the ground running with the same methods that we're using on all the other cases. And so we just continue to add more cases and add more staff. So the 200 percent, without a doubt, would not be possible without Smokeball. We all love coming to work because Smokeball is so great. And I know that's an unbelievable statement, but it really does make the job easier.
