To access your call transcription, open the Aircall dashboard, navigate to the Call Settings tab on the left-hand side. Under Call History, you will find a list of your previous phone calls. Click the recording for whichever call you'd like to view, and this will open the transcription. Oh, in most cases, thanks to our integration, you will be able to access the recording and transcription directly from a link on your CRM or helpdesk. And voilà.
