+1 (831) 222-8398Speaker 1: Hey everyone, Andrew Morrison here. Welcome to my channel. In today's video, I am back with another important video. In today's video, I am discussing how to actually add automatic subtitles and closed captions to all of your YouTube videos. Now again, this is a very important video. I really want to stress that point because if you forget to add the subtitles and the closed captions to your YouTube videos and your video files in of itself, this won't really help serve the YouTube algorithm because when you actually add the subtitles and the closed captions to all of your YouTube videos, what this does essentially is this tells the YouTube algorithm that your YouTube videos are high quality and as a result, this will help working with the YouTube algorithm to help allow you to actually reach a much wider audience and this is very, very important. Now, if you are brand new to me, what I do, what my channel is focused on is I help brand new and already existing entrepreneurs, business owners, coaches, consultants, online experts, and even course creators to turn a YouTube channel into a highly scalable, highly profitable online education business that can grow and scale to six and seven figures. So with that said, don't forget to subscribe hit the bell and the like button below. It's the best way to actually get notified because I do put out several brand new videos every single week, sometimes on the daily as well. So let's just dive right into it. So here I am in YouTube Studio and YouTube Studio definitely makes it very, very easy and simple to add the subtitles and the closed captions. I just really want to make that point very clear just in case you are tuning in and you haven't actually started your YouTube channel or you haven't even let alone added any subtitles or closed captions to any of your YouTube videos. So during the upload phase, in order to actually add a video file to your YouTube channel in YouTube Studio, you go to the right-hand corner and you click on the camera that says create. You want to click on the camera icon next to create. And then from there, you just simply upload the video file by clicking on this button right here that says upload videos. So this, as you can see is a video that I already published. It's already live here on my YouTube channel. And so during the upload process, in YouTube Studio, it does take a couple minutes to actually upload the videos. Obviously, there's a lot of different factors as far as how long the video will process. So during the upload process, you go down to language section and then as you can see, it says English, United States. So I'm an American, of course. And so the video language that I am trying to attract for my viewers and ultimately to add more subscribers is set to English and the country, as you can see, United States. But it's really important that you are going through here. I will show you briefly. So you just wanna go through and click on the language that your country is set in. And then after the video file has processed and fully uploaded to YouTube Studio, you definitely wanna make sure that the video file is set to unlisted because sometimes if you don't, it will automatically publish and that will just be a disaster waiting to happen. I don't want that to happen to you just in case you haven't actually, again, started your own YouTube channel. So after, again, the video file has fully uploaded, from there, you go to the left-hand section and go to Subtitles. And then where you wanna go is English Automatic. So you wanna go to English Automatic and go click on the Edit button. And I'm just gonna simply ignore this because, again, this is a YouTube video that I already uploaded to my channel. And so I just wanna show you, for example purposes, what the Automatic Subtitles and Closed Captions actually looks like through YouTube Studio. And so you can have a look-see and you wanna go through and check through all the different spelling, grammar, and pronunciation errors. I will say that, for the most part, YouTube Studio is pretty thorough and pretty correct on all the grammar and spelling and pronunciation. But again, it's really important that you are fixing all the errors. And I'm not gonna do that today. And then after that, you click on Edit Timings. So the timings, in of itself, are the actual closed captions, the actual bars that you see whenever you click on the Closed Caption buttons. So you also wanna go through that to make sure everything is good to go, everything is right on point on the target. So I just wanna show you, as an example, what this actually looks like so you have a crystal clear idea on the Automatic Subtitles and Closed Captions found in YouTube Studio. Hey, everyone, Andrew Morse here. Welcome to my channel. In today's video, I am very excited because I will be showing you how to actually add background music, songs, and tracks to your YouTube videos for your YouTube channel. So definitely stay tuned and watch this video all the way to the end. This is an important video. Now, if you are... So I'm not gonna go through all of the whole video because that would be a long video in today's video, but I hope you found this quick, simple, and easy tutorial straight to the point video today on how to actually add Automatic Subtitles and Closed Captions, which, again, we did all of this found in YouTube Studio, which, again, to reiterate, YouTube Studio makes it very, very easy to add Automatic Subtitles and Closed Captions to all of your YouTube videos. Now, again, if you haven't subscribed to my channel, definitely don't forget to subscribe with the bell and the Like button below, and I'll see you in the upcoming videos ahead. Thank you.
