+1 (831) 222-8398Speaker 1: Hello, Bobcats and all the other OCPS teachers out there. Brad Shuffler here with another quick video for you, and this one's kind of cool. Did you know that any video you add to Studio, you can have it automatically create subtitles for that video? It's really cool. All you have to do is go into one of your videos in Studio once it's uploaded, click on captions right here, tell it what language was spoken, so in most cases English, and then just hit request. Now this will take a while, so do it, pause, and then I'll come back and show you the next piece of this. After a while, you will see that it will now have a review and publish option for your captions. Now, it can take upwards of 5 times, 10 times the length of the video, especially if it's a longer video, in order for these to appear. But it shouldn't take too long. Check back an hour later, it'll probably be done, let it go, and it'll show up. But once you have it here, you can click review and publish, and now, this will show your options. Now, it is about, I would say, 85% accurate. It's not great, it's better than nothing. And you'll notice, like, I actually say, hello Bobcats and any other students who may have found this video, definitely did not get my name right, well that was rude. But you can go through here quickly and check them, make sure that they're all good and not too terribly off, and then once you're done, you can go ahead and hit publish. Now those captions are available for any student who's watching the video, they'll be able to click on captions and see those captions for that video. Hope that helps you guys out. As always, if you have any additional questions, you can reach out to me, bradley.shreffler.ocps.net. I'll be glad to help you out there. And I know you are going to do awesome things for and with your students this year.
