Speaker 1: Hi everyone and welcome to my channel. This is just a really quick and short video showing you how you can easily add subtitles and how to get them working when streaming movies and TV shows from apps on your Firestick or Android devices. This is something that has been asked quite often so I hope that this video will help. If that describes you and what you're looking for, then let's go and take a look at how easy it is to get subtitles for almost any movie or TV show. If you're looking for a new VPN service, why don't you check out the links in the description below this video. Clicking on these links can not only give you a great discount off of your next VPN subscription, but clicking through these links also helps to support my channel. If you are struggling to find subtitles using your favourite streaming app, I recommend that you use one that supports being able to play files using an external media player. You can then open links with MX Player and search online manually. When you find a link for a movie or TV show that you want to watch, when you click to select it, make sure you choose the open with option. Then choose MX Player. Pause the movie or TV show and click up to the top row of MX Player and click on the three dots. Click on subtitle and then choose online subtitles and choose the search option. Take a look at how the title of the movie or TV show is displayed at the top of the screen and this will help you with your search. Click on the box to enter your search text and click OK. Just clear whatever is currently showing in the search field and then type in the name of the movie or TV show that you are watching. Type it in as it is displayed at the top of the screen. Then click next and then click OK. You should then see that subtitles are being searched for and then you will see a list of subtitle files. Pick one and then click on download. If you are asked if you want to replace a file with the same name, click on OK. Subtitles will now download and be displayed on screen. If you prefer subtitles in a different language, you can also choose to search for subtitles in any language in this list. If subtitle files are available, you will be able to pick a subtitle file and have your subtitles in your preferred language. One tip I will share with you is, if you are searching for a movie or show that is a remake of an original or there are several parts or episodes, make sure you look in the list for the correct subtitle file. In this example, I'm searching for the movie Wrong Turn that was released in 2021. Within the subtitle search results, I can see subtitle files for Wrong Turn 2, Wrong Turn 3 and Wrong Turn released in 2003. You can either double check to make sure that you're selecting the correct subtitles file or add a release year to the title when you're typing in your search. If you have any other tips that you would like to share, then drop them in the comments section down below. I hope that you have found this video useful. If you did, let me know in the comments and don't forget to give this video a like and subscribe to my channel, making sure that you turn on notifications so you don't miss out on any of my latest releases. Bye.
