Speaker 1: Hello, hello my friends. Welcome to a new video of our channel, look how it's done. Today we will tell you how to convert or transcribe an mp3 or mp4 audio to text. Let's get started. Very well guys, welcome to one more tutorial. Before starting, I remind you that if you click on the link in the description, you will go directly to the website where you will get all the detailed information so that you do not miss any important point. Now let's start talking about the topic. Well, if you as such at some point have a file in mp3 or mp4 and want to transcribe it, you should know that there are digital tools that allow us to do it easily. You will be surprised to know that two of these multiple tools that are on the network belong to Google, so you can use them for free. Which is the first? Well, I'll tell you next. Well, the first one is nothing more and nothing less than Google Docs. Google Docs has a transcription tool that allows us to take an audio that is sounding and go to transcribe. How is this tool used? Well, first we have to open a Google Docs document, then we go to tools or tools and there we look for voice writing. We activate it while the audio reads as such in course and it will load all the information. For example, if you have what is coming to be a YouTube video and you want to transcribe the audio, you simply play it while using the Google Docs tool. It would be something like entering here, give it where it says voice writing and give it to the microphone to start the transcription. This works only if there is no noise. If there is someone else who is speaking or has the microphone activated and the person is speaking through the microphone, the voice of the person who is speaking will be placed rather, because the voice predominates. So you know, it's a matter of giving it here and playing it and then giving it here. Well, the second method, my friends, that I am going to show you is only limited to the audios or videos that we have on YouTube. When I say an audio on YouTube, it is because many times we mount an audio with an image in a podcast style. If we want to acquire the information of a video that is on YouTube, we are only going to do the following. We are going to go to the three dots that are here and we are going to open the transcription section. There we will find all the transcribed audio. All you have to do is copy and after copying we right click and we take them. Obviously we will be able to paste it in a note block or Word. Look, in fact, I already had it pasted here to show it more easily. We will be able to have it with each second or with each intonation by time. That way it will be much easier. Logically, then comes the part that is a bit annoying, which is simply removing the seconds. So I already removed it there, we are going to paste it again and now, well, it is up to you to remove each of the minutes and seconds. That's the process guys, it's super easy. Now that you know, let's go straight to the mobile phone. Well guys, you already saw what the procedure is. Give us a like, subscribe to the YouTube channel and activate the notification bell. Bye Bye.
