How to Optimize Vimeo Settings for Professional LMS Integration (Full Transcript)

Speaker 1: Hey guys, hi, I'll show you today how to do the settings on Vimeo before uploading it on your LMS. It could be any LMS, but these are the settings which I do on my Vimeo to make it look more professional. So the first one is, let's say I have uploaded the video, I have uploaded the video and I am going to do this video, change the settings of this video. Let's see what happens. So this is the video I just uploaded. And now, so I made a video on how to do audience profiling. Now go to the, this page will open when you open the video and go to advanced. And it will open all these options. So there are on the left hand menu, you can see general collaboration in general collaboration, embed interaction tools and all those things. We will use general and embed. So go to general. So this is your title. I'm removing .mp4 because I don't need this description. You can add or not add thumbnail. I love this option where GIFs can be created. So I can click on create GIF and it can be six seconds long. What I prefer is I try to create a GIF, which is in between the video. So people understand what is this. So they have a, they have more better hook. They get an insight of what is inside the video. Now the privacy, I always keep it on private because I want only this to be on my LMS and nowhere else. So this is private. Whenever you click on private, there will be an extra slash, which is created. So this becomes private where it can be embedded. I only want it to be embedded on my domains and nowhere else. So this will be, so this is my LMS domain and this is my main domain. Maybe in future I will do this. So apart from it, nobody will be able to embed this video anywhere else who can comment. I am opening this comment for anyone because they can comment it here. That's perfectly fine. Nobody can download this video and people cannot add it to collections and I click on save. Because this is specifically made for Vimeo, specifically made for LMS. Now I go on embed and to make it look more professional, I do this. So see here, all these things are coming here, my logo and everything here. It is almost a Vimeo kind of a platform. So I allow them to have play bar. So see here, play bar means this. So they can choose if they want to proceed quickly. So yes, they should. Volume, I'm keeping it off. Speed controls, I'm keeping it off. Full screen, I'm keeping it on. Actions, yeah, I don't need like, watch, later, share or embed. And here, your details, let user decide. Now I am closing this.
