Speaker 1: Hello, this is Caleb with the JCISD PowerSchool team. This is a brief video on how to print student rosters for one or more classes in the new PowerTeacher Pro. We're going to start by logging into the PowerTeacher portal. Then we're going to launch PowerTeacher Pro from our navigation link. So the first step here is we're going to go down to the reports icon and then we're going to select student roster. So we have three tabs up here at the top, our criteria, students and format. We'll go over each of those in order. You'll notice it currently selects only the one class we're working in, but we can add more. Let's change the title here. We'll make a student attendance list. Then we're going to run this report for all of our PowerTeacher Pro classes. So you'll see there, we run that for these three classes right here. For sort options, we're going to sort it by section, then by student. So it's going to be separated by section and students will be sorted by last name. You can adjust that on the sort options. Now for the display columns, you can choose what you would like to add. So right now it's going to print the student name, the course grade level. You can rename these. There is one really good feature of a blank column that you can add. So that would be filled out on the printed sheet or Excel sheet that you generate from the student roster. So that will be just a blank column with that title. So after we've got that all selected, we're going to go to the students tab. Now from here, we can add or remove students. Currently the default will select all the students in each class, but you can add or remove them individually. You also have an option to search for dropped students as well. We're going to leave them all selected here. Then we go to the format tab, orientation, landscape, portrait. The output, that's a new feature. You can select PDF if you're just going to print it out and hand it to somebody, or you can use Excel if you want to do a little digital work, such as adding additional columns, building a graph, or evaluating student data externally. Your page break, that means each class will be on a separate page. And then some other formatting options. Top note, you can include it, or you don't have to, but I'm just going to say. And then we can add a bottom note if we want, and include a signature line for whoever uses this sheet. They will be able to sign it. So after we've made all our selections, run the report. There we have our roster. So that is how to print a student roster for one or more classes in PowerTeacher Pro. Thanks for watching, and remember to contact your JCISD PowerSchool team with any questions or concerns. Thank you, have a nice day.
