Speaker 1: In InterpretBank, start by uploading your glossary to your cloud account by going to Cloud, Upload Glossary to Cloud Account, then clicking Upload. At this point, you can send yourself or a colleague a read-only version of your glossary. Or scan the QR code on a phone or tablet to open a searchable version of your glossary. More features are available from your InterpretBank cloud account. Click on the three dots next to any glossary to look up terms in a read-only version of your glossary, look up and edit terms in your glossary, or memorize your glossary. The lookup view allows you to quickly search for any term in your glossary, while the lookup and edit view allows you to edit or delete a term. Just click on the term, click Edit, modify the term, then click Update. To send a glossary to a colleague from the cloud interface, just click Send a Glossary to a Colleague, type in their email, copy and paste the glossary code, and then click Send. If you'd also like them to be able to edit your glossary, click the checkbox next to Lookup and Write, then click Send. You can also share your glossaries with the community or find public glossaries on the Glossary Bank. Search the available glossaries, and if you find one you like, you can click Lookup to open a searchable version of that glossary. Want to modify the glossary or work with it offline? It's simple to download the glossary. Just copy the glossary code, then go to InterpretBank on your computer. Go to Cloud, Download Glossary from Glossary Bank. Paste the code, give your glossary a name, then click Download. It's that simple. The glossary will now be downloaded to your InterpretBank offline database.
