Speaker 1: Hello, this is Justin from DictationStore.com. I just wanted to take a moment to create a quick video on the Philips SpeechExec Pro Software version 7.1, working with the most current version of Dragon NaturallySpeaking, and kind of show you how they integrate together, how they work, and what you can expect out of the system. What I'm going to do is I'm going to first create a dictation on a Philips LFH 9600, and download it and have it convert using the Philips SpeechExec Workflow System. This system actually works with multiple recorders, any of the professional brand from Olympus or Philips. It actually will support those and download them automatically. So I'm going to just create a quick test with two sentences. This is a test dictation, testing 1, 2, 3, period, new paragraph. We are testing the Dragon NaturallySpeaking program, period, new paragraph, thanks and have a good day, period. So I'm going to download it using a USB cable into the computer. You'll see it add to our work list at the top here, and I have it automatically coming down into the speech recognition and adaptation queue for transcription via Dragon. Dragon actually opens in the background, there's no need to ever open Dragon. In the beginning you'll set it up, but after that Philips will do everything by itself. Once you see this Word document appear at the top of the screen, this icon, you can open it up and proofread and make any corrections as necessary. So you get this window here, it's a Philips window, and you can hit a foot pedal, hit play. This is a test dictation, testing 1, 2, 3, period, new paragraph. We are testing the Dragon NaturallySpeaking program, period, new paragraph, thanks and have a good day, period. So as you can see, it's pretty accurate, and you can listen to exactly what was previously dictated, compare it to the rough draft, you could say, document, and do any corrections that are needed. If any of this was wrong, I would just quickly erase what was typed and replace it with the correct text. Once corrections are done, you click finish, and you get some options here. You can leave it in the system and just leave it as is, or you can copy it to the clipboard and paste it into any template, or Word document, or any document management system you have, or export it as an RTF file or a doc file. If you do the same thing every single time, you can ask it to just do that same thing every single time you hit finish, and it'll copy it or export it as such. For this purpose, we'll do a doc file. We'll save it as a Word document, and hit okay, and it'll ask you where you want to save it. This is the name of the file, and that's the default. You can name it anything and save it anywhere you want. Once you hit save, it'll create that document, and then take it out of your work list. The good thing about this system is it actually will learn from any corrections that the transcriptionist makes or even the author. Adaptation can actually be done at any given time. You can do it after each dictation, which will give you better accuracy as fast as possible, or you can do it at the end of the week. It's actually just a two-step process. You click on start adaptation, and you have a vocabulary adaptation where it'll scan those documents that you've corrected for any new names or words that it's not familiar with and add those to the vocabulary. Then it'll do an acoustic adaptation, which takes some time, and it'll actually learn how you say words and how you say those new words that were added to the vocabulary. That's the basics of this program. We did everything with Inside Pro Dictate. Normally, everything happens with Inside Pro Dictate. You can actually purchase the transcription software and foot pedal and headset to where once the author dictates and downloads, it transcribes via Dragon and sends to the transcriptionist so that they can do the corrections and finish the document. If you have any questions on this product, please don't hesitate to give us a call. Our phone number is located at the top of our website, and you can also ask for Justin and email us at support at dictationstore.com. Thanks for your time.
