Optimise Insights is a paradigm shift. We're moving on from sifting through large buckets of data, manipulating massive spreadsheets with hundreds or millions of rows of data, to a system that answers your questions, telling you the story of your subscription landscape through dashboards and visualisations that are tailored to your job role, with automated trend analysis which explains why your costs are changing. It will seamlessly bring together details on your subscription spend and commercials with your firm's usage to provide the complete picture of your subscription landscape. Our first release of Optimise Insights brings together three key capabilities. At the heart of Optimise Insights is the Insights library, a curated library of visualisations that tell a story, show key performance indicators, leading to a call to action, allowing you to make business decisions to optimise your spend. The library also contains predefined themed dashboards, bringing together multiple complementary insights to show you the overall story. The first release will include around 50 insights and dashboards which will be continually added to based on feedback from our clients. Got an idea for an insight? You can send us a suggestion directly from within the Insights library. Dashboard Studio is an interactive drag and drop dashboard designer which lets you easily create your own bespoke dashboards. Simply drag and drop to assemble together your choice of insights from the library along with your own filter criteria or mix and match insights with your own bespoke visualisations. Create high quality dashboards without any of the complexity or training overhead of using a separate BI tool. Pivot Studio gives you full access to the underlying data from Optimise. It's an intuitive web-based pivot table style interface where you can interactively slice and dice the data, filter it as needed and display it along with a range of powerful visualisations. Pivot Studio is the foundation of Optimise Insights, allowing you to drill from a visualisation in your dashboard into the data which underpins it. Use it to dive into the detail or start from scratch and create your own visualisations from any data point in the system. Optimise Insights is the centre of TIG Screen's new Optimise platform. Optimise Insights is now available to customers of Optimise Spend and it's part of the base system with nothing additional to license, securely hosted in the cloud. If you have an administrator login for Spend, you get a login for Insights. As a modern SAS application it will be of course continually enhanced over time with new features, further datasets and additional insights.
