However, it fully allows you to test the most important functions, simulate certain scenarios, practice what we will be talking about during this course and what I will be showing you. The whole ClickMeeting is a really simple, intuitive tool, so you can do it without any problem. And in fact, if you just click it, more or less what I show during the next lessons, you will definitely master it and you will be able to work very effectively. During your own events or planning your strategy. Let's explain what we are really going to talk about. Because earning on webinars has more than one name. And we also see, analyzing the activities of our clients, talking to our clients, that they use our platform, they use ClickMeeting in many different ways. Paid webinar. This is, in fact, from our perspective and from the perspective of this course, an event to which we sell access, simply by selling virtual tickets to this event. And it all completely closes in the ClickMeeting ecosystem. So if you have access to the ClickMeeting account, any account, whether it is live or automated, among the types of events that you can create, there are paid webinars, and not only paid webinars, because also paid meetings. And there you set the price of the ticket. In addition, there is access to many other functions. Such functions as, among other things, creating ticket promotions, promotional codes. ClickMeeting integrates with payment systems, which we will also talk about more. So you can easily run this integration. And your recipients can easily, safely and quickly buy tickets. Simply buy access to your events. Then they receive a link to such an event. They log in to it using a browser. Of course, they can also do something through a mobile device, using a mobile application, or using a browser on their phone. And just take part in the event, which will be engaging and interactive. But in addition, ClickMeeting clients also earn in a different way. For example, they create free webinars, which have a specific marketing goal and allow them to earn in a different way. Also, for example, promote paid webinars, which they also create on ClickMeeting. Why do we devote a separate lesson? We call it a machine to earn money. And today I will also mention it. In addition, there is a very wide category of courses that use ClickMeeting as a platform for sharing knowledge, a platform for webinars. However, some systems are used at the same time, for example, LMS, i.e. systems used to manage these educational content. We will not talk about this during this course. And an interesting category, about which we will talk, as Mr. Tadeusz mentioned, about commercial use of automatic webinars, and we will also talk about it, because a paid webinar is not only a live webinar, but also an automatic webinar or a request webinar. The difference is very important. An automatic webinar, we sometimes call it a webinar, on autopilot, because it works exactly the same as an autopilot in a plane or in some Tesla, at a certain time, which is, of course, indicated by you. The recording starts, it can also be a recording of the previous webinar that took place earlier, a live webinar, it can be any video file that you simply play on ClickMeeting. And for good reason, we also have such clients, who do not even tell their participants that they are not present during the webinar itself, but that it is just a recording. You also have the option to interact, for example, on the chat, answering questions that appear during the event. You can, for example, put the Call to Action button during this webinar, so that you can increase the interaction and get in deeper contact with your participants. In addition to the automatic webinar, we have webinars for demand, which are basically a webinar VOD. In this case, your participants get a link that allows them to get acquainted with the content at any time. Here it is already known that these types of webinars do not rely on the presence of the presenter. And we also often see that our clients connect the webinar live with the webinars for demand in the form that they first sell access to the event live, and then they earn even more by selling the recording itself. Here the advantage of ClickMeeting over other solutions that you could try, for example, over the sale of the link itself to some open service, is that the used security of this link really allows you to make sure that no one other than the people who are entitled to it will get acquainted with this recording. And besides that, we will still talk today and during one of the lessons of our Paywall course, which can additionally encourage your recipients to buy a ticket, to buy access to such a recording. In addition, I encourage you, of course, to set up an account. I also encourage you to get acquainted with additional materials that we have prepared for you. And we are still preparing for you. We publish a lot of content that will, on the one hand, help you create effective events, both paid and free, and free and paid, which enter into the synergy effect as part of, for example, this earning machine. But we also try to analyze the market, look at this market and inspire you. Today it will be a bit about it. The whole first lesson of our course will also be devoted to such an analysis, which will help you create effective price strategies and choose effective, interesting webinars for the audience. Of course, this data is anonymized, so that it cannot be determined, who created a specific webinar. However, we want to show you what strategies are used by market leaders to make as much money as possible. And such a basic conclusion, which I like very much, is that from quarter to quarter we observe enormous increases in interest in paid webinars and the value of these webinars, whether they are sold or not. We have noted an increase in the number of users creating paid events by almost 50% compared to the last quarter of 2024, and the number of sold tickets and value have increased by almost one third. So this is the best evidence that the best moment to enter the race, to join the race of experts who earn on their knowledge, is now. Because every day, and this also results from other reports that we analyze and quote, in fact, the interest in such forms of gaining knowledge is growing and the competition is simply increasing. In addition, on our blog you will find a special zone of the Academy of Paid Events. For some time now, we have been trying to group all the content we create that concerns paid events, that inspire, provide data that you can analyze in one place. On our blog clickmeeting.com you will find the Academy of Paid Events. And a little bit of inspiration. So these are the most important conclusions also based on our data. As you can see on this slide, on paid webinars you can really make a lot of money. Leaders during such hours of the webinar are able to earn even more than 100,000 PLN. However, only during this quarter the leader on the Polish market earned over 400,000 PLN. And here we are talking about such a cyclical activity, above all about courses. An important issue that will certainly provide a lot of inspiration. And during the first lesson we will look at it in more detail. The average value of a ticket is 106 PLN. If perhaps some of you already have a webinar in mind and want to start soon, then this is the value that is worth referring to. Because this is the average for several. And we also observe over time that it is maintained at more or less this level. 80-200 PLN are standard prices. However, of course, it does not mean that there are no offers that allow for the creation of definitely more expensive tickets. Because we also have a whole bunch of clients who create high-ticket offers or even such ultra-premium ones, where access to events costs over 1000 PLN. Very often master classes, such events with a slightly more exclusive, elite character, cost over 500 PLN. These are also such events, very practical training or niche for certain industries. There, the value of these tickets grows and, of course, it usually translates to a slightly smaller group of people. However, the number of paths of development is certainly very large. I will encourage you to create your own strategies and test various solutions. During the first lesson and the one before that, we will look at a lot of interesting news there and analyze them. However, what I like the most is probably this information, i.e. the average income from a paid webinar is about 3200 PLN. This means that, in fact, when organizing an event, where initial costs, some initial investments are very often almost zero, you need access to the platform and you need, for good reason, what is probably already in your office, whether at home or somewhere at work, i.e. a computer with an internet camera and a microphone. It doesn't have to be studio quality right away, such as we have, for example, in our studio. I also often see it, probably many people have already seen me earlier during other webinars, click on earnings on paid events very often gives from home and my MacBook is definitely enough to share knowledge. So this entry threshold is really very low. And basically, if we look at the statistics itself, the return from such an investment can be really cool, even in the first events. And the conclusion coming from this cloud is that every industry, every field of knowledge, every issue in a meaningful way worked out, sold, can bring you profits. If you have knowledge, and you certainly have this knowledge, especially if we have gathered here, which others want to have, then those others will certainly be able to pay you for this knowledge. This is a basic conclusion and I would like to conclude with this. Thank you very much. Here we have a new다고 conclusion and since a long time we observe this. Here we present three different strategies. In this one, we will look closer during the next lectures. As you can see, you can earn money on individual webinars. For example, a webinar on spiritual development, 55 tickets, 6000 PLN earned. It looks really good. You can earn money on a whole series of courses and without going to the ClickMeeting, without creating any integration with Moodle, without knowing the programming and technological environment, you can earn money on a whole series of courses. You can create a whole complicated series of courses in which thousands of people take part. Here, for example, 2198 tickets sold, over 184,000 income and 31 courses carried out simply in a cyclical form as part of paid ClickMeeting webinars. And the last example, I like it very much, I come back to it very often, i.e. a conference in which 881 people took part live. Almost 100,000 PLN of income. However, later, the organizer went crazy and sold the same recording in the request formula and worked out an additional almost 40,000 income. And so, from one event, more than 134,000 were able to be worked out. And it seems to me that this is a good integration. This is a direction in which more and more organizers should pursue, to simply recycle content. To recycle content that we have. To increase income without increasing time engagement. We have holidays, so we need a break. And I would like us all to be able to rest and earn money. They should get to the account themselves. And we will try to achieve such goals. In short, paid webinars are for everyone. And we will prove this during the next lessons. And not only are paid webinars absolutely for everyone, because paid webinars are really simple. I often convince our clients that we are often looking for a way to monetize our knowledge. It is impossible to hide it. Almost every one of us is looking for an additional source of income that would make it possible to reconcile it, for example, with some other classes. It wouldn't be too burdensome. And we are moving towards creating some e-books or tools, which often require the involvement of other people, and bringing in high initial costs and time. In fact, a webinar has a lot of advantages over them. First of all, its preparation is simple, which we will prove in a moment. For good reason, the configuration of a paid webinar itself is only three steps. It is a matter of clicking one page, inserting a price, and if you take care of the integration with the payment system, which is also intuitive, but requires some data, which you will also find in our guides, then everything will be ready and you can start promoting and selling tickets. And in the case of other content, for example, this e-book, which, by the way, used to be very popular, you have to write it, which takes a lot of time. This is not a webinar that lasts an hour, and often you are naturally prepared for it, because you are talking about issues that you know perfectly well. You are experts in this field. Someone has to put it together, or if you do it, it will take a lot of time. You have to create a landing page, you have to create content for this landing page, so you have to have some technical skills, and often spend additional money on some platform that will allow you to set up this landing, host it. All promotional activities, they also remain on your head, so it is actually much more complicated, it involves much higher costs, and this form is not entirely consistent with the expectations of the recipients, because it is also proven by psychologists that we are looking for contact with another person, even if it is virtual contact, the ability to look at the face of your interlocutor, to interact with him, for example, as we can now talk to each other on the chat, this is the advantage of webinars, and really great communities are created around webinars. I haven't heard much about communities that are created around e-books, for example, or some tools that we are trying to monetize. And such a really quick shot, TLDR, how to create a paid webinar, we just click, create a webinar, we choose the model of this webinar, now I have an inactual screen, because there is a special button, which shortens it even more, we simply click, create a paid event, we choose whether it should be live, on demand or automatic, then we set the basic data of this event, i.e. the name of the room, i.e. it should be the same as the title of your webinar, the date when it will take place, or also a permanent room, whether it should be a cyclical event or not, and integration with the payment method, we set the price, create and invite, click and the webinar is ready to make money. Of course, there are additional options, which we will look at during individual lessons, because yes, these are four very simple steps, including two, as I mentioned, optional. We create an event by choosing paid access, we choose the payment gate, the one with which we have integration, nothing stands in the way, of course, to have integration with the number of payment gates, this is also your business decision, we will show you, among other things, how to integrate with Stripe, because in a moment I will talk about this novelty, so maybe we will think about it there, we set the price of the ticket and we can set it immediately as part of the ClickMeeting, without using any other tools, promotional tickets, ticket pools, which will automatically pass between each other, and discount codes, and we can integrate with the invoice, if you use this software, from this platform, it will all be calculated by itself. And that's it, we can start promoting, and the promotion of paid webinars, as I mentioned, we will spend the whole, practically the second month of our course. And so, basically, such a last thematic block for today, before we get to Q&A, what news do we have for you in paid webinars, but not only. Well, there will be news, moderate news, but it's worth starting with Donates, because maybe not everyone of you knows that we have such a function, which is an additional model of earning on paid webinars. On paid webinars, not only, also free of charge, very often on free webinars, organizers give the possibility to set up Donates, and I don't think you need to explain too much what the Donates are. Donate is a gift that your participants can voluntarily leave you, simply rewarding you with engagement or sympathy. You can turn them on both during paid and during free webinars. It can be such an additional tip that will allow you to earn even more. The Donate itself looks, visually, it looks like this, like the Call to Action button, which is placed at the top of the window. After clicking on the button, of course, you decide what will be found on this button. Your participants decide what amount they want to support you with. Of course, here, too, the only technical and formal requirement is that your ClickMeeting account must be integrated with one of the payment systems. So, if you are going to integrate with Stripe, PayU, or PayPal for paid webinars, you don't have to do it for the need of Donates anymore and you just have it in the package. And here is an interesting example. You can see how we did it. Here, the initiative was such that before Christmas, because, as you know, on Christmas Eve, all pussies, I have, for example, two cats and they also say and I will keep it that way, but we decided that we will not wait until Christmas Eve, we will also make our clients, people interested in our brand, a pre-Christmas gift and we will make it easier for them to communicate with their animals even before Christmas Eve. And by the way, we will do something good and we will test it. Then this function appeared in ClickMeeting. We will test Donates for a top-notch purpose, because we supported the Sopotkowo shelter, which is located here, not far from here. We invited a dog trainer who deals with the topic of communicating with animals. We did such a charity webinar. We got funds for Sopotkowo. We tested that the function of Donates works. The shelter itself declared that it was great, they liked it and they will also create charity webinars that will use these functions. We also have very, very, very interesting case studies with one of our clients, Semir Kajalin, who is a tax advisor and earns money on paid webinars that are dedicated to, I would say, not quite, perhaps, always funny issues, i.e. tax issues, tax law, but even during these technical, difficult, demanding free webinars, which are to perform the function of such a lead magnet. On this example, we will also rely on talking about a machine called Samir Kajali. He started Donates and it turned out that the participants are very willing to share these voluntary contributions, so this is an interesting option that can help you increase your income from your activities, broadly understood webinar activities. And the next novelty, which has been with us for some time, but in the context of paid webinars, is very important and interesting. Here I will address this part again to the gentleman who was just talking about commercial use of automated webinars, i.e. paywall. Here, too, you probably don't need too many explanations. Each of us meets with paywalls, most often in some content sharing services, for example, written. At a certain point, a wall appears that prevents access to the rest of the content and we meet with an invitation to buy paid access and it works the same way in Click. You will decide after what time this webinar recording for the request will be displayed by a blocker that will encourage you to buy access. And of course, during one of the lectures, specifically during the lecture on recording recycling from the webinar, on giving a second life of this recording, I will talk more about paywall and show how it works in practice, how it can be configured. And I stress right away that it is also really simple, without technical knowledge, without additional mega equipment. You can configure such webinars without any problems and thus increase the potential conversion of your paid webinars to demand. And Stripe Connect is a great thing. This is already a novelty, because it was recently introduced to ClickMeeting. This integration with Stripe has been with us for a relatively long time. This payment system may not be known to all of you. However, it is already really popular in the Polish market, and globally it seems to be the most popular payment system in general. Often we just don't realize that, I don't know, paying for some bills or paying for purchases in e-commerce, we use Stripe. And so far this integration was simple, because Stripe is really quite intuitive. For example, it is more intuitive and friendly for the recipient than PayU, which is very popular on our market. But now, thanks to Stripe Connect, it's all even simpler, really. Almost without leaving ClickMeeting, you can go through the whole configuration and create a Stripe account, an account that, of course, you have to enter data about you, i.e. the person receiving these funds, define your activity a bit, what you are doing. These are financial services, so some minimal formal procedures must be passed, but really quickly and without any problem it can be configured. You don't even have to go somewhere, walk around the account, ClickMeeting, to find this integration. It will be all within this page, where you can find all the information that you need to create a Stripe account. So, I would like to say thank you very much to all of you who have contributed to this website where you configure a paid webinar, regardless of what webinar it would be. And the last novelty to which we will pay attention here, it does not refer directly to paid webinars, perhaps, but it will be very necessary for you if you want to build a paid webinar in such a way that our competition does not share it and it is really a valuable function for many online creators. In short, you are able to provide your events, for example, free webinars in the form of promotional marketing on any platform, because we have here nine of the most popular platforms in the world. You can also use custom RTMP which is there, by pasting the appropriate URL, you will be able to connect with other platforms or with some individual solutions, and at the same time you can provide up to five platforms of this type, if you want to take care of your presence simultaneously in several channels, then this is a very interesting option. And that's also a huge advantage of ClickMeeting, that as a tool you get a full selection of marketing and promotional tools, also supporting communications that will be effective events online and fulfill specific goals, not only to earn but also to promote yourself and promote your webinars. So, to sum up the news, Stripe Connect is very important for you, especially if you don't have any configured payment on any other platform, or maybe you just sold other things on the Internet, then the integration issue will not interest you directly, because you just need to paste the information about your account into this simple configurator and everything is going to work.
