[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Knock-knock. Oh hey, look who it is. It's the Lenovo ThinkBook Plus Gen 7 AutoTwist, and as its name suggests, this is a laptop with an automatically twisting display. You can knock it awake, you can turn on face tracking, and it'll follow you as you're on video calls. It can even respond to voice commands. Hi, Tico. Open lid. Just like that, I've opened my laptop hands-free. Hi, Tico. Tablet mode. And automatically, this is morphing into a tablet. This is exciting to see because we've seen this product before in concept form, but now it is something that is actually coming to market. It's slated to arrive in June, starting at $1,649, so certainly a premium laptop, but not outside of the realm of other competitors. Why would you want to use something like this? Let's say, for example, you're in your kitchen on a video call, and you want to make sure the camera's tracking you. Maybe you're giving a presentation for work that requires you to kind of do a lot of movement. This will allow the lid to just kind of follow you, keep you in frame. Got a 14-inch 2K OLED display. We always love to see OLED. Pretty standard specs other than that. You've got up to Core Ultra Series 3, up to 32 gigs of RAM, and up to 2 terabytes of storage. It's coming out in June. We are very excited to put it through its paces in the real world and see if it's something we'd actually want to use every day. Now, the AutoTwist is one of several unique displays that Lenovo is rolling out this year. There's also a new ThinkPad rollable concept that builds on the retail model we saw last year with a display that actually spills over to the back, giving you some extra real estate for checking on your system performance, things like that. And the thing that I'm really excited about is the new Legion Pro rollable concept, which is a gaming laptop with a display that can stretch horizontally and give you kind of an instant widescreen monitor for gaming, which is very cool. So, excited to see Lenovo experimenting with more display types. Of course, we'll have to see how these hold up when they come to market. In some cases, if they come to market. As always, we are here at CES 2026 bringing you all the latest tech and keep it locked to CNN Underscored for more.
