In this tutorial, I'll teach you how to animate any image, including your own personal photos, friends and family, and create 3D animated videos. You'll also learn how to lip-sync the videos with your own voice. Let's get started. First, visit the AI website, Hedra. Just go to hedra.com. Now use the sign-in option in the top right corner to create a free account and log in. You can log in using your Google's account. Once logged in, click on the Try Beta button on the Hedra website. After that, you'll enter the dashboard. Now let's quickly dive into the main content. Once you're in your account, the first section of the website is dedicated to animation, avatar creation and lip-syncing. Scroll down a bit and you'll find the Archive section for the works you've created. Below that, you'll see a list of works by the Hedra community members. At the beginning of the section, there are three main panels named Audio, Character and Video, which we'll work with in this tutorial. In the Audio panel, there's another tab called Import Audio. Click on it. Here, you can upload your own voice or any desired audio file. In the Import Audio tab, there's also an option named Start Recording. If you have a microphone, you can use this option to record your own voice so that the character can lip-sync to your personal voice. Click on the circular icon in this section. In the new window, select a voice file from your system and upload it so that the character lip-syncs with this voice and the character reads it.

Speaker 1: In the second step, we'll be working with the Character panel. Click on the circular upload icon and select a personal image or any desired picture from your hard drive to upload. You can drag and drop the image of your character or friends into the center of the Character panel so that Hedra AI can use it in the lip-syncing process. Now, in the Character panel, we have an avatar that should read our audio file and sync its lips to that sound. For this, click the Generate Video button in the Video panel.

Speaker 3: Your request will be placed in the queue. After a short while, your video will be ready. Let's play it.

The sound is perfectly synced with the lips and mouth, and you can see human-like emotions in the way this image speaks. Next, if you want to try the option Generate an Audio, just click on Generate Audio. So, just describe in the prompt section that you want the AI to say. Like this dialogue, Nothing hurts more than being disappointed by the one person who you thought would never hurt you. Now, next, we have to select a voiceover. So, we have regenerated voices. These are some of the voices. There are only a few voices available. So, let's try Emily. And you can also listen to this voice. Just click here.

Speaker 1: So, this is the voice. And if you don't like the voice, you can always select any other voice from here. But I'm happy with this one. Now, next, we have to describe our character. So, let's say a sad woman weeping. And here we have a couple of options. Like, you can randomize the prompt. And next, we have some settings. So, you can also add the negative prompt in it. And you can change the seed number and by default. This can only generate queer images. And we don't have any option to select any other aspect ratio. So, hit Create. And there you go. We have our character. I think this is using stable diffusion on a backend because it feels like this is stable diffusion generated images. Just look at that. It's very impressive. Now, you can also make it realistic by making some changes to your prompt. And adding some keywords like realistic and different keywords. But I'm good with this one. Then, let's hit Generate Video. Now, the video is ready and it's actually really fast. So, it only took around 30 seconds. Let's watch the video. Amazing.

Speaker 4: Just look at the expressions. The way she moves her head. Her eyes expressions. The lip syncing. And also the wrinkles on the forehead. And also on the cheeks. It looks super realistic. Well, we have some issues with this one.
