mistake okay so you would love this video and you will be like very accurate transcriber after watching this video okay the tool that I am going to discuss is only the one tool that is available will free for some time and after that you have to pay for that okay it's not like that you have to pay for that for a long time okay once you create an id on that tool okay and you reach to that limit then you can create another id using the same name and email okay so the software that I'm using is Descript okay if you search Descript on here okay you would see here the Descript software okay the Descript.com and this is the transcription software that people are using to convert the audio to the text okay so how you can use this okay if you scroll down you would see here the download descript for free okay click on here this is the tool that you cannot use online on a browser okay you have to download it in your PC and then you can use the desktop version okay but it does not work if you are offline you must be online to work on the descript if you scroll down here you would see that the download our free desktop app for mac and for windows okay download it for windows if you are using the window download the window app okay if you click on this the download of this would be start on here okay your download is starting okay here you can see download it is starting okay it is only just 150 mb it will take a few seconds and after that it will be completed okay once it is completed then you have to install it in your pc okay to install it you have to just click on the next next button just like you are installing the games or other softwares it's like very easy okay and once you install it you would be see the interface of the dscript like this one here you can see okay the most important thing in the Descript is that it also detect the speakers it also highlight the mistakes also detect the other words okay I will show you that how you can transcribe it how you can edit after transcription the text okay so have already downloaded it and i have already installed it in my pc okay if you install it then you would see here the descript icon okay if you double click on it the descript tool would be open and then you have to just drag your audio file into the descript okay and the transcription would be start and in a few minutes the transcription would be updated okay so once it's open then i will show you how to drag the audio and how to transcribe the audio using the descriptor here guys you can see this that the descriptor software is open and now it's time to transcribe the audio accurately okay so if you want to start your first project you can start it by click on the start a new project if you click on this here you have to give a good name to the project let's give it a name which is a1 okay and click on the create a project okay once you create a project it will show you the options to choose a file click on choose a file and it will take you to this screen okay here you have to click on the anywhere where you have saved your audio files okay these are my audio audio files okay just so you you can see here i you have to just drag this okay on here okay it is drag cancel it okay and adding the file okay here you can see adding the file okay and once this is added file is added okay so here you can see this that your transcript will be ready in a few minutes okay it will take a little bit of time and after that it will be completed okay and then you can review it as well okay is it is ai tool maybe there is a little bit of mistakes okay so you can review it and then you can correct that mistake as well okay so preparing 10 percentage is completed once it's done i will show you that how you can edit it after transcription so the transcription is completed once it's completed you have to click on the done okay and this is like you can see here the punctuations and the spellings are okay and also it detect the speakers okay you can give a speaker's as well by double click on it okay so here you can see here if you want to review it you have to click on display and boss button okay so if you think that the speed of the speaker is like very fast you have to slow it then you can also slow the speed as well okay like you can see I have slow the speed and click on the play and pause button okay so here you can see here that it is the another speaker click on here and it detect the speakers give a speaker name like it is female like it could be interviewer or interviewee okay so you have to just give edition like this okay and now click again on this okay but this is also their speaker okay so you can do the like this okay click on the big button okay now you can see here this is the another speaker okay so press enter and it will become the another speaker so in this way you can use the descriptor software okay once you have a proper in advanced hand free or the headphone then you can probably then you can probably understand your English that what they are speaking okay so if you scroll down like you can see it is like heavy file okay and you can also edit it and you can also some of some of the transcription like don't want these words okay so the D script highlighted these words like you can see in UM UM these are the word that is highlighted by this tutorial okay this D script okay so here you can see all of these are underlined and highlighted okay so if you want to delete this project okay click on the bags button and click on these three dots and click on the delete project okay copy the project link you can send that project to other duplicate the project rename the project whatever you can do using the descriptor okay if you want to create a new project click on the new and click on the project give a good name to this which is a to create a project and now you have to drag in another file click on the choose a file and then you have to drag another file so that file would be transcribed in that way okay so in this way you can use the D script and you can you can convert the audio to the text without any grammatical mistake okay so I I hope that you learn
