Start by heading to the Otter.ai. You have the link down below in the description just in case you wanted to get started totally for free. Once you are here, let's focus into the right section that says Start for Free. Or focus into this huge button that says Start for Free. You can create your account as a basic plan. And of course, this is totally for free. You can have the meeting assistant totally for free, you have the chat live for free, teammates for free, joint zooms, and multi transcription minutes, of course, for free. If you're using the actual business trial, you have the option to enhance the team features, you have the workspace, advanced search to order AI chat, and more than 6,000 multi transcription minutes. So let's try it out with a free plan. Once I choose this option, it's going to be asking me to generate or create an account. To make this process much faster, I'm going to choose a Google account, and I'm going to hit now into continue. Once I have my account already been generated, I want to grant the permission to all of this process, and then I do now have access to the Otter.ai. Once you have now logged in, you'll see the Otter.ai dashboard not by first choosing the options that appears here. For example, get automatic meeting notes. So which meetings do you want Otter.ai to record and summarize? Let's say that I wanted to go for all the meeting I choose, or to schedule some Google Microsoft meeting. Let's go for all the meetings I choose. And why or who do you want to send meeting notes to? Let's say that just me. Continue. And I choose a Google account to make this much faster. There we go. Continue. And there we go. Now, once I do have now filled all this information, I do have now my Google account connected automatically. Now we can see the productivity with the workspace, how this actually works. It's going to be giving us some channels that we can use to get some auction items, outlines, transcriptions, and much more. We can, of course, stay organized by invite teammates to our workspace. You can type them here and paste those emails later. I'm going to skip this part for now and focus only with a free plan. Now that we have just set up our actual account, we are now into the dashboard of the Otter.ai. So this is totally optional. In my case, I'm going to choose that this one is for marketing and I am a manager. I hit now to done and we are now inside the dashboard of the Otter.ai. Now inside the Otter.ai, what I need to do, of course, is to use this transcript, of course, elements. If you want to get started here, what I want to do is upload an actual audio. Let's go here for the upper side and hit into import. Now here I can browse my files and I'm going to choose one video that I do have in English. For example, this one. I hit now into open. As you can see, it says uploading. Now this video is a video that we just generated with the Pictory. So what I need to do is to try to transcribe the audio and the video that appears. Of course, the voiceover, I'm going to transcribe this audio. And of course, make sure that you have a really well recorded vocals in order to get the best results. So for this particular tour, we have this.

Speaker 2: Intro. Zero o'clock to zero ten. Hey, everyone. Welcome back to the channel. Today we're diving into a topic that gets debated a lot.

Speaker 1: I'm going to transcribe all of this voiceover. So once I have uploaded this element, you can see that this one says transcribing 0 percent, one minute left. So I just need to just wait till the actual application does its actual job and just come back in a few minutes later. Once you have now the done process, let's go for go to the transcript. Your conversation has been processed. Let's go for no thanks. Order a chat. Next, next and next. You can see that here is now the transcription of my video. So in this case, it says, hey, everyone, welcome back to the channel.

Speaker 2: Let's see if this one has some action. Gaming can be good for your brain skills and even your well-being. Intro. Zero o'clock. Segment one. Cognitive benefits.

Speaker 1: When I clicked into one specific element of the transcription, I can see where they took that information from.

Speaker 2: What's on the screen in real time. Studies have shown that gamers often develop faster reflexes and better precision. Intro. Zero o'clock to zero ten.

Speaker 1: Now with this information, what I can do now is to edit it, add images, comment or do some highlights. All of this information could be really important for me when I check out the summarize of it. So, for example, I can add an action item. For example, let's say that use this script. This is an actual action item that I can cause to use as checklist. And I have some outline elements when I finish with this process. So I can go for a chat that can be helping me to organize questions about my teammates. So after the transcription is complete, after you have reviewed it, this is especially helpful for the transcription. It's small corrections like fixing names or adjusting phrases. If you're working with a team, you can highlight key sections of the transcript or add some comments. So this is a great feature for meetings or interviews when you want to mark important information. So once your subscription is ready, what we can do now is to show it. So if you see here into the upper side, we do have the section that says show, copy link, search bar and more options. If I choose the option that says export, we can see that here is my transcription preview. And at the right, we have the file format. If you choose a TXT file, this one should be, of course, giving you only the full transcription. So use the option that says TXT, more options, show speaker name, show timestamp, combine the paragraphs, combine all the paragraphs into one. If I wanted to, in this case, we can just leave this as it is and take a waste and enable the audio. The file format of the audio can be MP3. In this case, I just want pure transcript. So you're going to go here and hit now into export. So don't ask again. Continue to the export. Now, I'm going to hit here and to show into the photo, double click into my TXT file. And here is transcribed all the actual element that I have used from the video that I have just created here. So just double click and review it.

Speaker 2: Intro. Zero o'clock to zero ten. Hey, everyone. Welcome back to the channel. Today, we're diving into a topic that gets debated a lot. Video games. And there we go.
