Pat's 5-Star Review: Donut Perfect Simplifies Development Coordination (Full Transcript)

Speaker 1: Hey, I am Pat and I am the development coordinator at my work and I would give Donut Perfect a 5 out of 5. And for more reviews like this, you would click below. Before, I used eTapestry and also Razors Edge and Razors Edge was just very complicated. It was not user-friendly. It just did not work for us. So we decided we needed something simpler. We chose Donut Perfect for a couple of reasons. One is the pricing was much more manageable for our budget. And also, it is very, very user-friendly. I absolutely love using Donut Perfect. It's easy to input, to run reports, to do just whatever you need to do on a day-to-day basis. It is a great program. We moved from one other program into Donut Perfect and the integration, onboarding, all that was just really a piece of cake compared to what I've dealt with in the past. The information was all carried over just as I requested for it to be. And then, of course, implementation was great because all the fields were populated just as they should have been and I was able to bring all over all the information that I've had in the past. So I had a good history listed in Donut Perfect. I would highly recommend Donut Perfect. It's very user-friendly. The reporting is very easy and anytime that you run into a problem, you have a chat service that is very, very good. They're always there, always able to help you and if they can't help you, they'll actually go in and fix the report or do whatever it is that you need done so that it'll work for you very well.
