Speaker 1: Hello everyone, in today's video I will show you the feature of Philips Speech Air and its integration with the Dragon Speech Recognition software. It automatically transcribes all the audio files from my recorder through Dragon. So for that firstly we will need to change the audio settings on this device. So I will go to the option of settings, audio settings and in the option of recording quality make sure that you have selected the option of DSS Pro or DS2. I will click cancel, I will go back, I will go to the option of dictate, I will go to the option of editing of the dictation file. If you see there are work types right here. I have different work types, so based on my priority or based on my feasibility I can select any of the work type right here. I will select the option of priority, I will go back, I will save this. See it has been reflected right here. Now I will just give a two or three line dictation, I will slide this upwards. Corporation means anybody, corporate established by any law for the time being in force in India and includes the Reserve Bank of India, the State Bank of India and any subsidiary bank as defined in the State Bank of India Act, 1959 full stop. I have given the dictation, okay. Now I will dock it on this docking station. So the file transmission has started. As you can see there are two lights which are blinking right here. The red light indicates that the recorder is getting charged and the green light indicates that the file is getting transmitted. So as you can see I have created two folders on my desktop. One is all recording files and the other is all transcribed files. As the name suggests on all recording files my audio files will be coming and in the second folder all transcribed files, my audio files which are converted into text will be reflected right here. I will just open this file, okay. So as I showed in my recorder, I had selected the work type as priority, I will select and open it. So based on the file size, the length of the dictation, it might take some time for the audio file to get reflected right here. As you can see the files are right here. The first file is the audio file and the other file is the transcribed version of it. So firstly I will open the transcribed version. So this is something what I have dictated, okay. So if I want to have a proof reading what I can do is I can just minimize this and I can open this audio file and again I will open my transcribed version. So this is what I have dictated, okay. If you find any mistakes in your transcribed version you can just make the changes and then you can save the file. Thank you.
