Speaker 1: Hi, everyone. My name is Sam Deas. To introduce myself, I'm a product marketing manager on the Rev team. For those of you that don't know Rev, we're a speech-to-text company, so helping a host of different types of businesses or individuals transcribe audio to text and create captions and subtitles. So we have an industry-leading speech-to-text AI that supports a workforce of over 50,000 professionals to deliver fast and highly accurate services. So as you can imagine, that means we work with a lot of film and video production professionals, and part of what I'd like to share with you today is exactly how we help support the creation of incredible video content. So to start, transcripts can add value in a lot of ways in the pre-production process, especially during casting interviews or client planning calls, but we're especially helpful in the post-production process. So video editors use our transcripts to support the editing process, and distributors typically use us to create a final captions or foreign subtitle file. In terms of how it works, if you go to Rev.com, you can choose one of our service lines, either transcripts, captions, or subtitles, upload an audio or video file, that will go into a queue where 50,000 professionals can go to work and pick up the file and start to either transcribe or caption it. That file will then go through a quality review process before you receive your file. And all of this happens within a 24-hour time frame, depending on how long your file is, it'll actually usually happen sooner, and we guarantee 99% accuracy on the audio to text that you get. So in terms of how video producers typically use Rev., there's a host of different ways. We've seen some of our customers record discovery calls and client feedback, so they can keep a record of discussion as they're building new projects. If you are using a ton of video content, video editors use our transcripts to find the golden moments. So if you're looking for those right bites or things that you can pass back to clients to get approvals on, it's a great way to use transcripts. If you're working with a large amount of unscripted content, transcripts can be a great way to build a paper edit to share with clients to get approval so everyone is on the same page about the video content that you'll be pushing forward. In addition, as I mentioned, like the transcripts and captions, we turn them around in 24 hours. So this can greatly accelerate the captioning workflow if you're part of a distribution team and you have a lot of deliverables that you need to get out the door to actually distribute your content widely. We also help by reducing the overall post-production costs by optimizing costs and reducing editing and captioning and authoring hours. Rep space rate for all of our surfaces, or at least for our transcripts and captioning services is $1.25 per minute, so we are very competitively priced in the industry. In addition, every single transcript or caption file that you receive, you'll be able to actually edit before you export it. So you can use our transcript or captioning editor to make adjustments before you actually export your final final. So there's a couple of ways that you can engage with Rev. We have a self-serve service. If you want to just pay as you go, you can go to Rev.com right away and just start using our services. Additionally, we do offer pro plans, so if you have a super high volume of content that you'd like to get transcripts or captions for, there's an option to talk with a member of our team, and we'll get you set up with a plan that would offer volume discounts, much higher degree of account management, priority support, and some additional fund benefits like an instant first draft of any files you send to us or early feature access. And then lastly, one of the big things I wanted to share with this group today is that we actually have a big announcement that'll be coming in June. We will be launching a really exciting product. So as I mentioned, not only do we have an incredible workforce of professional transcribers and captioners, we also have an industry-leading speech-to-text engine. As many industries have transitioned to working from home, we thought we'd productize that technology in a way that would be useful to our current environment. So we'll be launching RevLive captions for Zoom soon. It's an incredibly easy-to-install app that will allow everyone to add live automatic captioning to all their Zoom meetings to help make day-to-day business much more effective during this time and potentially just in general. I know we're all using a lot of Zoom right now. So if you would like to be part of that initial group, please feel free to reach out to us in the email I'm going to be providing here. In addition, all of our current services are actively available. So if you are interested in using Rev for your transcript recaptioning needs, please go to Rev.com or you can feel free to email us at enterprise.sales at Rev.com.
