You'll do this by going to the Emails page found under the Assets tab. You can then create a new HTML template, or you can use one that you already have saved. It's a good idea to keep a base email template saved with your logo, color scheme, etc. Then you can simply input your marketing copy for different holidays or announcements. I've already got my holiday email created. Once you have it created, make sure you give it a festive subject line and toggle on the promotional email option. The next step is to create an audience list for who you want to send this email to. Make sure that you've saved your email, and then you'll find your audiences here under the Marketing tab. You may already have an audience list that you want to use for this email. If not, you can go ahead and create a new one. You'll typically want to use an audience of contacts for this email. You have the option to add any filters if you want to make a more targeted list, or you can leave it as all contacts. Your next step is then to create the campaign. You'll find this under the Marketing tab as well. You'll add a new campaign, give it a name, select the audience, select your email, select who you want the email to come from, if you have any attachments. We'll then be using the Run Once option. You can select the specific date and time for which you want this email to be sent. Once you have this set, you'll create your campaign. This email will then send automatically at the date and time for which you have specified.
