[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Technology is changing and technology is also allowing us to reimagine, but we can see it already in the way that we work. We don't have the patience for working in tabs and forms and inputting data anymore. We want to have a conversation with technology. Frankly, we want to ask anything and find everything immediately at our fingertips, right? We want that, we now expect that. We want to have AI right by our side, helping us to unlock our own potential. We want to work with agents to help us be more productive, and we are not swivel chairing. Like, there's just no patience for that anymore. We want it all in one place. This is the type of technology that is going to help us reimagine the way that we all work and unlock this potential. We are reimagining Salesforce and CRM. So if you are a Salesforce customer and user, your investment is not only safe, it is supercharged. Because to the point of reimagining, we are reimagining CRM for you, bringing agents right into the flow of work to help your teams be even more productive. And you saw this, and you'll see more of it today, bringing Slack as the conversational front end to CRM.

[00:01:05] Speaker 2: Because shouldn't, like, closing a deal in Salesforce be as easy as just talking to someone else in Slack? Wouldn't you love that? Well, that's exactly what we're doing, and we're doing that by delivering you sales in Slack, IT service in Slack, Tableau Analytics in Slack, HR in Slack, and that's just the beginning.

[00:01:24] Speaker 3: Imagine if you would, a moment in time, maybe right now, where I can bring an intelligent co-pilot with me, an intelligent friend, an intelligent helper. Introducing, ladies and gentlemen, Slackbot. Here is your personalized AI-powered companion, right in the flow of work. Thank you very much, Slackbot. And what's really powerful about Slackbot, it is grounded in your conversations, your files, your workflows, your apps, and it's right there in the flow of work. And it moves you from asking questions to getting outcomes, answers, drafting up, drafting documents, updating workflows, triggering things, using tools.

[00:02:00] Speaker 4: We think Slack is the best home for all agents, but one of our design principles is to be a great host. And we typically think about that in terms of users or humans. So we'll often say the software should be laid out in front of you like the amenities in a well-appointed Airbnb when you walk in. It should just be where you expect it to be. We think we've done a pretty good job of that with the consumer-grade experience in Slack and the craft that we've put into the software for users, but we need to do that for agents as well. And so what do I mean by that? We want agents to exist like teammates. Those agents should be something that you can DM, something that you can add to channels, something that can reply. And they need the context that's in Slack to powerfully reason. So we've done that for agent boards, but we're excited today to announce that we're doing that for all third-party agents. And we're doing this through a real-time search API and an MCP server. So agents are gonna be in Slack as a teammate that you can DM, you can add them to channel, and they can be grounded in information in real time that is valuable context so they can make better decisions and reason through the actions that they're gonna take.

Arow Summary
Speakers describe a shift toward conversational, AI-assisted work where users can ask questions and trigger outcomes without switching between apps. Salesforce is reimagining CRM by embedding AI agents directly into the flow of work, with Slack positioned as the conversational front end. The vision includes delivering core functions—sales, IT service, analytics, HR—inside Slack, and introducing an AI-powered Slackbot grounded in organizational conversations, files, workflows, and apps. Slack aims to host agents like teammates (DMs, channels, replies) and is enabling third‑party agents via real-time search and an MCP server so agents can access up-to-date context to reason and act effectively.
